President Obama has held office for three years. He has made no effort what so ever to recognize human rights abuses as a Chemical Assault along the Colorado River.

This is the signature event of his life.

I am taking this event seriously to ensure his and other sworn officials whom survive may be brought into account.

I am not surviving this attack on the human race to support a MSM or Gay Male Militia which is driving the abuse which censored by 7 billion persons.

As seen this event is paired very strongly with Same Sex Marriage.

A decision on Proposition 8 may occur by April 2012.

Over all persons born after 1955 have the strongest chance of facing criminal charges.

Here we arrive to the most damaging part of his presentation. He is clearly demonstrating his character as a pathological liar. Obama states, “It’s why our food is safe to eat, our water is safe to drink, and our air is safe to breathe.” I have not had a drop of water to drink since February 12, 2007. This is when operation Radhanatha began. An epistemological based attack targeted all my five sense and objects that give rise to sensation. Hence there is not tap water in my vicinity. A Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth is an efficient operation to despoil the external environment as life system are open to their surroundings and must take in resources and return byproducts.

Perhaps Obama should take a biology or social systems based course.

He clearly is developing a hostile environment for life and investments. Gold is near $1300 per oz. Palladium has approached $ 800 per oz. and silver is near $ 30 per oz.

Work place standards are in real concrete terms their lowest with employees and products being contaminated in the factory. The Scorched Earth radiates from the Salton Sea towards Oregon and East across Arizona.

The enemy for Obama is only one that is recognized Officially. The Reality of the objective concrete world escapes his intellectualizations. This is his downfall. He has an empirical record and a staggering record of abuse. His vis a vis diplomacy is a maker taker quid pro quo standard. Even our allies will have to purge Obama and the United States. The damage to the human race is real and Obama’s speaks Green but by the hand is the epitome of a dirty bomb in this Dirty War.

The Republicans believe in preserving their own misdeeds. They too have three presidents that form a Perfect Dictatorship. None of these persons in the 112th Congress are upholding their sworn oaths. Whatever dream they are speaking of the future that has lost will have to judge.

Summary

President Obama is being crowded out by a Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth that crowds out his economic rhetoric. Risk aversion is were the capital is at now. Precious metals are sturdier as tangible assets. “ Do not lay your treasures across the earth,” the Bible states. Also it is postulated, “ By Me princes reign and decree just things.” We must judge the tree by the fruit.

Winning the Future is not a strong branding of this time period. The benefit versus cost ratio reveals serious defects in Barack Obama’s personal character.

If one has health problems or has lost prosperity to the misdeeds of this generation it is because the Present Was Lost.

Reflections On the New Fascism

The current sanitization of Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth by the United States since 1987 begs the question of the mens rea or criminal intent behind the actus rea or criminal intent.

What is at hand is Irrationalism in the negative. This is a scripted espionage of this country by a foreign agent, the allegation being Cambridge Law School of the United Kingdom.

This is a negative Irrationalism; hence such would turn into Fascism with official recognition and apologetics from the intellects, political actors, businesses and average persons that are benefitting from racketeered quid pro quos in plundering the wealth of the United States.

The paradigm begins with individualism in a setting where actors are initiated into defection model by blackmail and extortion. The differentiation at the positive law is a citizen versus a criminal but involves eternal law systems which are not the specialization of lawyers.

Hence through prisoner’s dilemma a state engineered Storyboard of the British Empire is developed. (Up until WWI this truly was an empire). Individual targets have their entire lives scripted and are placed in nodes that radiate outwards from the proximate cause or Origin.

In the abstract a class system is developed. Here one can discern an antagonistic clash of ethics as consequentialism versus deontology. The result is a variant of a Master Passion where individual hedonistic preferences, for the instant as homosexuality are maintained privately although they are intended to be public policy.

Here the defection and blackmail and extortion ring forces both individuals and artificial organizations as government, corporations, and gang structures to reciprocate as informants.

This places sworn officials as the United States president and state governors as under the color of authority.

New fascism is not a response to communism. It is an invertabration or counter culture of civilization with no known strategy to establish rights or rule of law. It will use totalitarianism without a check and balance of the courts. The population is reduced to lumpen or criminal workers for the police. As informants they are arrested, suffer violence, and disease as HIV/AIDS.

The official recognition of the system will reveal the total creation of wealth through insider or de facto criminal actions which are not merit based or legal. This is one facet of blackmail and extortion.

The current 2012 Presidential Election reflects the ability of the United States to impose it’s belligerent will over the world.

In a more correct posture it appears that the US leadership is being blackmailed by interests in the United Kingdom. Hence the test proves that leadership change may bring very little relief to the general population.

The systematic dictatorship from Reagan to Obama clearly reflects the deposing of Hussein and Ghaddafi with only marginal relief for the masses.

Here along the Colorado River in Blythe, the continued Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth has once again contaminated the river, air, and tangible goods in stores. This region has the highest unemployment in the nation at over 20 percent.

This element is operating from an Inferiority Complex within homosexual, bisexual, and transgendered males. In particularity are Gay- Bisexual officers within LAPD who are running the attack through mutual aid violations with other police agencies nationwide.

To argue from the positive to the negative one should work from the males to females.

This is a blackmail and extortion network.

I have always been a heterosexual male, I am 50 years old, one day older than Barack Obama born August 3, 1961. An important feature is to create a fictious history of personal as a LGBTi victim which is false.

LAPD officers make conclusionary statements, hence they give the answer without support in their allegations. If they argue in reference to myself a male, “You do not support gays”, this refers to only females and the reason is that you are homosexual.

In plain language gay may refer to either same sex females or males. Attacking the newly formed acronym LGBTi or Lesbian – Gay – Bisexual – Transgendered has occurred through the de facto activities of the officers who are also leading the Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth.

There have been 1.3 million persons infected with HIV/AIDS and there are 3 million persons infected with Hepatitis C.

I do not see how sanitizing a brutal attack on the human race and the United States is going to promote the LGBTi Movement. Since it is mandated at the state level that LGBTi History be taught in California the entire subject area is a FRAUD.

The entire Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth has been paired with Proposition 8, Don't Ask – Don't Tell and various other interests for LGBTi persons. These LAPD officers are attacking their so-called group interest while displacing blame on others.

A person has the right to an adversial process concerning the Totality of Circumstances in the United States. Since your district contains or is near the Salton Sea and Colorado River these are two horrific structures in the history of Chemical Warfare that have been despoiled repeatedly.

There is widespread stalking with quid pro quos nationwide and here in this district. I would like to know why you have not stepped forward and confronted this criminal activity that you are aware of.

Criminal Justice and the Founding Documents of America

The Declaration of Independence, Constitution, and Bill of Rights are the founding documents of the United States. They are important to Criminal Justice Professionals for several reasons. The Declaration of Independence technically has no legal standing, however it provides an insight into the setting of the establishment of the United States as a sovereign country. It's jurisprudence reflects in a very strong degree the thinking of John Locke and his 2nd Treatise on Civil Government as a revolutionary document laying the claims to legally create a sovereign territory against a sitting Monarch with the use of force if necessary (Locke 1690). The implications of the Social Contract Theory and who has the right to use force to secure the homeland and it's citizens is a very powerful statement in the Declaration of Independence affecting modern code enforcement.

The Constitution technically is the framework of the American Government. The Constitution enshrines a Republican and Federalist form of government. The Republican model is the establishing of a strong national government that in turn gives rights to the states. Federalism establishes the three executive branches: 1. presidency 2. legislature 3. judiciary this is a very prime concern for Criminal Justice Professionals and homeland security officers. The establishing of the Supreme Court as original jurisdiction for ambassadors and treaties and the final arbitrator on law and cases has a direct impact on all working policemen. This final appellative branch has shaped Criminal Justice Procedures from Marbury v. Madison towards defining the rights of foreign fighters who were secured by our military and which concern police powers and interrogation (del Carmen 2010).

The Declaration of Independence

The Declaration of Independence is a manifesto styled as a complaint to the British King George III. It gives a statement to the conditions causing the states to sever themselves from the Crown in the introduction.

Jefferson surmises, "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness"(Declaration of Independence).

Jefferson also alludes to evil, a concept that forms the concepts of mens rea, actus rea and mala in se (del Carmen 2010).

The body develops what course of remedy the colonies attempted.

The conclusion "these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved" (Declaration of Independence).

So ends the exposition and begins the development of the legal documents that would come to frame the United States and subsequently affect modern Criminal Justice to the present day.

There are two policy models derived from language and concepts within the Declaration of Independence and are dividing Criminal Justice: 1. The Crime Control Model (conservative) 2. Due Process Model (liberal) (Nowlin).

The CCM focuses on protecting citizens rights as “ life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” from criminals. This is a managemental model concerned with processing, conviction, and disposition of cases (Nowlin).

The DPM also is concerned with “ life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” however it is focused on limiting governmental influence and protecting the defendants human dignity and rights. It is more adversial and judicial than managerial (Nowlin).

The Constitution

The Constitution is a source of law. It's construction is reflected by state constitutions at a lower level. Art. VI, cl. 2 of the Constitution states: "This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shalt be the supreme Law of the Land..."(del Carmen 2010).

Only one crime is mentioned in the United States Constitution and it is Treason (del Carmen 2010).

Treason against the United States consists in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving the latter aid and comfort. No person can be convicted of treason except upon the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act or on confession in open court (Art. III, sec. 3, cl. 1).

The Great Compromise

At the Constitutional Convention on May 25, 1787 in Philadelphia, different ideas were brought fourth to replace the Articles of Confederation. This activity was lead by John Madison. So Madison is considered the Father of the Constitution. George Washington was unanimously elected it's president.

Within the competing Virginia, New Jersey, and Hamiltonian Plan, the ownership of slavery was maintained and was the first serious error of the United States system of laws. The Virginia Plan lead by Edmund Randolph contained a strong central government with checks and balances. The New Jersey Plan was concerned with revenue, taxation, and the ratifying of treaties and was defeated. Hamilton's model championed the British and provided a head of state for life.

On July 12, Oliver Ellsworth proposed that representation in what would become the House of Representatives be based on the number of free persons and three-fifths of "all other persons," or slaves. The delegates compromised the following week agreeing that direct taxation be based on the white inhabitants and three-fifths of the "other people"(A More Perfect Union).

This is the most critical error made in the Constitution.

The ratification of the Constitution split the states into two sides the Federalists who supported the Constitution and the anti-Federalalists who opposed it. Alexander Hamilton's series of essays emerged as what we now study as the Federalists Papers. The strongest argument by the anti-Federalists was the Constitution was an aristocratic document and it's parcity demonstrated weakness. What was needed was a bill of rights in which the people could plainly see the boundaries between the state and the people (A More Perfect Union).

Bill of Rights

The Bill of Rights are the first Ten Amendments and grants citizens substantive rights (Bloom). The concepts of due process and equal protection are two of the most important concepts in Criminal Procedure. The Constitution creates a citizen first then a president. In continuation the concepts of primary and secondary law emerge. The rights of the citizen are considered primary law. The sworn duty bound obligations of code enforcement are secondary law. Hence police officers are citizens first and sworn duty bound officers second. When the de facto interests of the police are placed in front of the right of citizens a totalitarian situation exists (De Shon 2000).

First Amendment

The First Amendment concerns the Right to think and move about freely, worship the faith of your choice, and confront the government (del Carmen 2010).

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances .

Fourth Amendment

The Fourth Amendment provides that one may remain secure in one's person and things. It is considered the most important amendment in policing (del Carmen 2010).

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Fifth Amendment

The fifth amendment provides that no one may prosecuted for capital or infamous crime unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury. There shall be no ex post facto laws or double jeopardy is prohibited and no one can be compelled to be a witness against oneself. Due process prohibits the loss of life, limb, and property (del Carmen 2010).

Sixth Amendment

The Sixth Amendment is very important to Criminal Justice. Such provides for a fair, speedy, and impartial trial. It also guarantees the right to confront witnesses and evidence in the local district where the crime occurred and be provided with legal counsel to assist in his defense (del Carmen 2010).

Summary

Criminal Justice Professionals in the modern era must view of the construction of the Declaration of Independence, Constitution, and Bill of Rights in a deliberate manner(Principles of Constitutional Construction). There reflect a very deep history of jurisprudence and points of law contained in the Anglo-Saxon law and has given rise to concepts in modern Criminal Procedure as the Crime Control Model and the Due Process Model (Nowlin).

Laws, rights, and duties help ordinate the citizen to one's end in the state. The Social Contract between the government and it's people define what rights, punishments, and processes are licit to be upheld or used against one.

These federal documents empower the states and lower jurisdictions giving them legitimacy.

This concept of equal protection and due process is sanctioned by the state making a sworn officer the legal agent to make an intervention in one's freedom with probable cause (del Carmen 2010).

The records discussed here and their jurisprudence have come to shape and form some of the most profound cases in law, the modern Department of Homeland Security and Criminal Procedures in this country and around the world.

The debilitated condition that the United States currently exists in demonstrates leadership failure and a check and balance against de facto and ommissive error. There has not been a correct intervention and remedy to serious violations of United States Federal and State Law.

The media, academia, and faith based organizations have yet to respond which for simplicities purpose we will call a linear problem. This is a Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth designed as an attack on the human race through the United States, California, and Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD).

This criminal activity is irrationalist and has successfully defeated the current schools of western rational management which emerged around the 1700s. For this matter it is also defeating any other alternative approach or theory that may be attempting to redefine management and decision making.

Hence a post modern model stressing diversity and stakeholders has not stopped any illicit activity from proliferating.

Currently President Barack Obama is beginning his defense of his presidency. Governor Rick Perry will announce his intention to run for the presidency in 2012 today August 13, 2011. Neither the Democrats or Republicans can lay claim to protecting life, limb, or property successfully. Inertia, complicity in delivering blackmail and extortion are the process of destruction and incompetence.

Modeling solutions for the future is an Ivory Tower pursuit. What is needed is volition in the president, homeland security secretary, and attorney general.

There is a profound Stockholm Syndrome developed over fatalism and dependency. This game theory based defection pattern only created informants who are alienated antisocials, sociopaths, and psychopaths. The future inheritance of misleadership with no counterweight leaves a staggering amount of despoiled environment and tangible wealth.

The sustainability of culture and society has suffered tremendously from miscarriage of the administration of justice.

These crimes should have been dealt with strongly and with certainty.

I am writing you concerning the situation in McCloud, Siskiyou County California. Once again the air and now water running in the creeks through town are Chemically Contaminated.

I have alleged previously that this event is lead by a Gay Militia from LAPD California and their informant accomplices.

There are two components to Hate Crime. They are Quid pro Quos and Hostile Environment.
Prima facie the conditions of Hostile Environment are met by the Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth.

Gang Stalking by the informant accomplices would rise to treason or obstruction of justice par minimum. Persons lay in wait at the Chevron Station, the market, gas station, and post office. They are receiving quid pro quos to stalk and intimidate people here. It is a disingenuous argument that an accomplice to a criminal could argue an alter ego self defense, hence they are trying to defend third parties when they are operatives of the original aggressors, LAPD's Gay Militia.

The Gay Militia at hand, sometimes named The Company, is a Racketeered Influenced Corrupt Organization or RICO structure.

Hence, this district is integral to a future prosecution of Barack Obama. I just turned 50 on August 3, Obama on the fourth.

The Gay Militia is a counter culture structure similar to the Ku Klux Klan of the 1930s. The population here believes that taking quid pro quos to economize and even get married is correct.

They are pre-fascist. It has been allegeded that a defection model has been designed to grant impunity for this attack by Cambridge Law School. They are using terms as Irrationalist Presidents and Gay Irrationalism - Gay Know Nothing. These terms, especially the latter are well earned. Just as the Know Nothings of the late 1800s were xenophobics, the Gay Irrationalist - Gay Know Nothing culture are antisocial. They have killed off their conscience of what is right or wrong.

This is a rural area. What is the difference between the town and country? Barack Obama winning the Norwegian Nobel Prize was a charade and hoax while the United States is being attacked by a Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth program from a Gay Militia in LAPD.

This is live experimentation concerning Singularity. Are LGBTi persons more disposed to crime than Heterosexuals? The mapping of the human genome is complete. This argument is becoming focalized.

What does this mean? The performance over the last 24 years since June 17, 1987 the 200th Birthday of the Constitution is a disgrace.

The provocations against me as I am heterosexual or opposite sex by the LGBTi community is an embarrassment for them as they are cowards. LAPD demonstrates this by attempting to Gay Bait me here and handing the issue off to the future. Joe Solomense is the leader of Human Rights Campaign an LGBTi advocacy group. He has been paired to this issue and regardless of whether I am same sex orientated or opposite sex his absence is conspicuous.

The coward will choose crime.

Dear Rep. McKeon,

Once again history has turned an Inyo and Mono Counties are being subjected to intense Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth. Make no mistake about legal presence. This district is a focal target and Inyo Count is by far and away the easiest location to prosecute.

The Salton Sea has been subjected at least twice to these attacks and also is a legacy to Hate Crime.

The difference between the Town and Country is diminished when one considers the informant based culture that has supported over 24 years of persecution. I have frequented and lived in the area since the 1990s.

President Barack Obama and I are separated by only one day of age. Vice President Joe Biden and I lived in Rodney Village a housing development in Kent County, Delaware. I can remember wrestling some of the neighborhood kids in his backyard. I can remember him peeking out of the window at us and seeing Hunter walking on his tiptoes through the street. I met his first wife at an envelope stuffing during his first senate campaign.

She and one of their children were killed in an auto accident that year.

This event has been planned out well in advance.

Currently Barack Obama is emerging as a symbol of a unilateralist informant culture. He is able to act with duplicity with support from within the United States and abroad. Consider the taking down of Osama Bin Laden on May 1, 2011 by Navy Seals. There is no doubt that Bin Laden is a credible threat to the United States and it’s interests.

The folly is that Obama himself chooses to lead by impunity and power over the rule of law and rights. The current conditions here of chemical despoliation in the Owens Valley in the Eastern High Sierras are a testimony to the acts that are Under The Color of Law.

Obama is narrowing down the diplomatic language in confronting Gaddafi in that Libya’s Civil War.

The causalities in this country are uncounted and the land ruined. Obama himself is still a young man at 49 years of age.

Conversely former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger 63, and wife Maria Shriver have split after a 25 year marriage over the production of a lovechild by the ex-governor and a staff member.

The chaos and theater in this country do not bode well for the transparent teaching of history in either of the two above cases.

The pressing of criminal, civil, and administrative complaints have a precedent of a culture of obvious censorship and sanitization.

Obama also has stated that he will not hesitate to strike in Pakistan or other countries to eliminate threats against the United States.

Hence canned products are contaminated from their manufacturing plants. Many of these items are imports. The air in buildings is contaminated through the ventilation.

Technological Singularity is the hypothetical date, 2045 when computers equal then afterward pass the ability of humans. Super intelligence is the desired goal of this innovation.

EPA Complaint: Salton Sea CA

The air is being contaminated 24/7 by vehicles burning chemicals in their engines. There is chemical contamination in the date, lemon, and grape fields. Plants are caustic to the touch.

Refuse on the ground especially plastic is very harsh to the touch. Governor Brown, CA AG Kamala Harris, and Lt. Governor Newsome are aware that these Chemical Assaults are ongoing.

I will make these claims under penalty of law.

These sworn officials are criminally negligent in permitting this event to continue.

There are perhaps 70,000 persons living in California who are HIV/AIDS positive. This event is being claimed to exist in the entire Salton Sea California. It’s impact are statewide.

The authorship is allegedly Cambridge Law School of the United Kingdom. There is a manifest linear Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth protected by a red herring (distraction) that is romance based. They charge upwards of $25,000 for a ten week seminar. The California State College system now costs over $10,000 per year. A degree is about 130 credits. This means that the average student will pay $40,000 to $50,000 to graduate at the present costs.

Recently IBM’s supercomputer Watson easily defeated two champion Jeopardy players on this show.

This Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth event is Irrationalist and Pre - Fascist. You have recently purchased a $1 million dollar home in La Quinta adjacent to the Salton Sea. It appears that the recreation of this body of water in the 1930s was no accident. It was deliberately created to showcase the defection that the British have achieved,

Complaint

I, David Nollmeyer a legal resident of Desert Shores, California file a complaint against California Attorney General Kamala Harris for de facto and/or negligent behavior that is under the color of law. Since assuming the sworn office of Attorney General of California AG Harris has not upheld her oath to protect the citizens and natural persons of this state since January 3, 2011.

The Salton Sea in South Eastern California has been deliberately chemically contaminated. This is a prima facie event. Air is contaminated by persons driving with caustic substances in their gas tanks. Food and tangible properties in stores are contaminated at factories and sent in this area to constrain and alienate me from my rights.

I am severely stalked by persons who lay in weight at locations as stores and the post office where I must be able to move freely to sustain my life. The most salient behavior is the slamming of a car door to impede and false imprison one.

I am a lifelong heterosexual male. I am also a ritvik Hare Krishna. I need access to clean vegetarian food. I have not drank water since February 12, 2007. I have to purchase other liquids to sustain my life.

Statement of Facts

This Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth program has been imposed over my natural person and citizenship as a usurpation by a Gay Militia being carried out by a cell(s) in Los Angeles Police Department , LAPD. They are Male Same Sex Male or MSM. (CC Article 1, Section 17)

In particularity I am following the teachings of Srila Prabhupada who taught against homosexuality or same sex although he was tolerant if his followers were obeying a prohibition on illicit sex. The magnitude of my alienation of rights and the quantum of force used to attack the majority, I would state that all 38 million persons in California are under a de facto Chemical Assault Scorched Earth is based on retaliation by MSM or Male Same Sex Male officers in LAPD against opposition to Gay Marriage. Summary

California Attorney General Kamala Harris is a de facto and negligent sworn official. She has violated her oath of office. She is therefore in violation of the California State Bar and her license to practice should be revoked.

The magnitude of the attack on the Salton Sea, California shocks the conscience.

Prima facie any individuals as per se HIV/AIDS positive persons whose health is also predicated on exposure to chemical contaminants from the environment must also be considered when quantifying the de facto and negligent behavior of Attorney General Harris.

This is clearly an emergency situation and the right to due process to secure the persons and the state are not demonstrable by the legal behavior of Attorney General Harris.

The California Bar should suspend and revoke the license of Kamala Harris to practice law.

At this point Applied Intelligence and or Artificial Intelligence will transform human civilization.

This will be then an era of super intelligence.

The movie 2001 highlighted a world where computers did the majority of thinking and monitoring of humanity.

The attack of MOEC is a symbiotic strike against Singularity. The position I have is that Cambridge University has about 250 discipline areas in it’s catalog and teaches about 125 per academic cycle. What would super intelligence be in 2050?

Here MOEC is an event that is a live survival or fitness experiment. It is the invertebration of law in the abstract then reordering the population as informants under prisoner’s dilemma. Hence MOEC is a challenge to Singularity.

Nano-technology will drive an acceleration to Singularity.

This intelligence explosion is now often known as the “singularity”.

The Singularity Hypothesis is an emergent conjecture that is still an open texture towards the future-state. It is being postulated on assumptions that have a fortiori strength but the Singularity Hypothesis is not grounded on objective laws or principles. Technological Singularity in this instance is an approach in formation of a working model or paradigm. Systems Theory which Technological Singularity must be embedded within to be scientific is truly a Systems Approach. Here Kuhn - Popper methodologies would easily qualify the Singularity Hypothesis as an emergent interdisciplinary trajectory that is in a birth giving stage as a pre paradigm.

In Chalmers perspective supra, Singularity is described as an intelligence explosion and to ever greater levels of intelligence is conclusionary; petito principie.

Here these propositions are being formed in a abstracted framework that is most favorable for modeling as in the pure perfect market used in developing monopolistic competition. The law of diminishing marginal returns dictates that a suboptimal Nash Equilibrium is more likely than the 100 percent optimization. Hence after repeated efforts to improve one’s position all players agree to accept a less than 100 perecent output.

An explosion in computer performance and applied technologies will likely occur. How localized or universal is intelligence?

Biological man has not changed dramatically in the last 20,000 years as homo sapiens. Since tool making is an extension of the human body and such begins our development of culture transforming ideas and energy from within our body into artifacts into our social and cultural environments; it is not greatly supported that a world of some 9 billion plus persons in 2050 As of this writing can readily have access to the systems that would create Singularity. Currently intelligence is taught in psychology as linear intelligence and crystal intelligence. The first is quantified reasoning as mathematics and objective. Crystal intelligence is the empirical experience gained over time. This currently peaks at age 50.

Thinking in a linear manner again does not coincide with the law of diminishing marginal returns and the availability of technology to support and sustain an explosion of universal intelligence (Andrus 2007).

This is refereed to as the Digital Divide. The Global Digital Divide reveals the fallacy of over-simplification in the Singularity Hypothesis. Is it possible for leveling to occur? Here what again is the intelligence explosion referring too?

The G8 countries (Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Russia, the UK and the US) are home to almost 50% of the world’s total Internet users with 15% of the world’s population (WSIS, 2005). The Asia-Pacific region is has the most pronounced digital divide (WSIS, 2005, Asia-Pacific section). Internet penetration ranges from below 1% in Bangladesh, to 65% in Australia and Republic of Korea (WSIS, 2005, Asia-Pacific section). The Republic of Korea, Hong Kong (China) and Netherlands in 2004 were three top countries in terms of broadband penetration (WSIS, 2005).

System transformations within the international, nation-state, and local government are also being pressured for their fitness to uphold the rule of law. The extension of logic and philosophy into abnormal psychology also is highly prominent. Here the challenges of determinism and socialization models concerning same sex (homosexuality) and opposite sex (heterosexuality) are being examined in continuo during a Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth against my natural person and citizenship.

This arises from Male Same Sex Male MSM homeland security officers in Los Angeles Police Department. I am opposite sex and purely so from birth. This polarity gives rise to the attack.

The area of Technological Singularity or the hypothetical date, postulated at 2045, by Ray Kurzweil states the time when computers equal the ability is man. Afterwards humans will not be able to keep up with the skills of computers.

This attack is OPEN LIVE HUMAN EXPIREMENTATION IN SUPPORT OF SINGULARITY. IBM, TED University, or NASA appear to have the volition or morality to emerge from a zeitgeist of censorship and sanitization.

The recent victory of supercomputer Watson (IBM) over two humans leads me to argue that we are being groomed and shaped to be dependent on more fatalistic invasive electronic surveillance and control. The militarization of technology is apparent on all sides as cyber war becomes more overt as state sponsored.

The future is coming. The folly committed by the last five presidents of not recognizing serious anomalies regarding non-military grade chemical despoliation in the United States reveals serious deficiencies in both President Obama and Homeland Security Secretary Napolitano. There is no response whatsoever by research scientist who no doubt will see their work comprised and reputations ruined.

The main boundary of the romantic red herring which is attached as a distraction to the linear Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth is a circular folly. It is a loop of a few statements. It is analogous to a very simple but destructive computer virus. It’s content is based on an inferiority complex in MSM males. Here these traits are well known and very strong examples from several psychological and social theories have been discussed without any reconciliation. The police informants of the Gay Militia in continuo will escalate the Joe Virus attack fallaciously believing it to develop a positive LGBTi culture.

The implication here is that the culture of law enforcement is not conducive to development of Technological Singularity. Futurist Ray Kurzweil, expert predicts that technology will equal humans in 2045. Afterwards systems and computers will surpass humans.

Here the ex deus maquina is unfolding very rapidly against an optimization of software mirroring humans. The contrarian despoiler mentality of natural persons and the environment is quite profound with no recognition from President Barack Obama, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, or scientist who work on The Singularity itself.

Gay male same sex male interests drive the destructive informant based activities of a double bind RICO styled extortion circular folly and blackmail ring. Lesbianism, which in reality is only female bisexuality is used to recruit and develop LGBTi interests. If a heterosexual male does not prefer lesbianism he is baited as a Gay Male. This is a bait and switch tactic. Equal choices of opposite sex females are not provided. Hence operatives will argue from MSM interests across the LGBTi platform to insulate gay males. I believe this is due to lesbianism and female bisexuality as perceived as more favorable, less damaging, and perhaps even desirable in contrast to the behavior and identity groups which pertain to MSM males.

There is a definitive ranking and role call style of placement that that is used tp predict and rate who is more Gay or Straight. This is also results in an outing within the circular folly. Hence such will begin from a supervisor then radiate outwards over a field over persons who are being recruited, entrapped, and stalked. The results indicate that being engaged in Male Same Sex is less acceptable.

At the scheduled end of the operation the activity returns to the supervisor.

A corollary to this structure and process is that racism is used to falsely divide the argument. If I state that gays are not my preference than this is presented as Asian and gay refers only to female bisexuals and lesbians. This is further support for an inferiority complex as a basis for displacement within male same sex male MSM individuals who authored these acts and LAPD. Narcissistic Personality Disorder also is part of the development of informants with psychopathic characteristics.

Emergence and the Pre-Paradigm: Confounding of the LGBTi Movement

The social sciences present a problematic in the search for an ordered universal system of existing laws and principles which lend to the accurate prediction of consequent events. In the territoriality of human culture the very question of deterministic outcomes and their implication in the preference of choices and opportunity in itself develops confounding of any type to establish universal standards.
With this said the Lesbian Gay Transgender Intersex movement is an emergent social movement and has it’s own discipline area as LGBTi Studies and History. These two labels will be used inclusively to ordinate all abstract and empirical processes and structures relevant to this communities concerns and the interaction and transformations that occur to it and other communities and social structures of which it has interaction.

The need to undertake such an inquiry is do to the alienation of my rights under the United States Constitution and the ICCPR. This has been lead by Los Angeles Police Department and allegedly Cambridge Law School of the United Kingdom. This has occurred from June 17, 1987 in Dover, Delaware.

Kuhn proposes the idea that it is the attainment of a common paradigm, by the community of scientists working in a given discipline area distinguishes science from other forms of study. He used the term in a very specific way to denote four defining characteristics of a uniquely scientific conceptual framework. These are: (1) a set of shared symbolic generalizations; (2) a common model of reality; (3) shared values as to standards and legitimate procedures; and (4) shared exemplars in the form of concrete problem solutions typical of the approach of the relevant scientific community. He explained that it is the assimilation of these standards and exemplars, rather than the conscious acquisition of formal rules, which is the end result of the socialization process by which a student becomes a member of the community of professional scientists (Hutcheon, 1995).

The complex syndrome of a linear event (quantifiable according to mathematical - standards versus crystal or experience based - or other faith based criteria.#) emerging through a scripted attempt at state planning posits contradictory problems in a setting which posits same sex (homosexuality) versus opposite sex (heterosexual) individuals in space and time. Here rational decision making and task to goal organization are contrasted with irrationality.
The immediate implication emerges whether is (homosexuality) same sex identity and behavior directly related to crime, socialized, a combination, or none at all? The same can be asked if (heterosexuality) opposite sex behavior and identity are related to crime, socialized, a combination, or none at all?

The formation of the LGBTi Approach and History are questionable due to the Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth program implemented and imposed over my natural person.

Social Science as other models compete. Here there is a philosophy or ideology within that permits ideology to be amendable to time, place, and circumstances. The rigid methodologies of hard third party verifiable sciences are not so. Such methodologies would be obsolete or falsifiable if they could not maintain or further discovery with predictability. The LGBTi Approach is emergent attempting to take on a dimension similar to Marxism and Freudian Psychoanalysis in that a working model, symbols, language and congruency within it’s principles and analysis exist (Hutcheon 1995). The LGBTi Approach is taking on this dimension gradually but with content true to it‘s own nature. It is in this instance that it as all other discipline areas form as system whether it’s parameters are known or discoverable by empirical methods.

A transformational antagonism is what LGBTi theorists perceive and the interaction with a partisan democratic executive, legal, and judicial system in the United States where court cases are proceeding in California where the Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth radiates and of which I am a resident.

An externality to the emergence of the LGBTi Approach is the pragmatism of those desiring a victory by victory positive right trajectory over a Gay Triumphalist position.

The Gay Militia that is attacking with non- military low grade chemical warfare is Gay Triumphalist.

One of the dynamics of the Gay Triumphalist position at the present is the provocateurs who are used are dependent on Obstruction of Justice from the Origin, Cambridge Law School.
Simple Classical Conditioning explains an antecedent for the eventual defeat between the two positions in the LGBTi Approach.

President Barack Obama has finished two years of his term. He will present his second State of the Union address on the Capitol on Tuesday January 25, 2011. It is likely that he will focus on the economy and job creation as he has in recent days. The foreign wars in Iran and Afghanistan are likely topics as are tensions with North Korea. Obama has just recently had a very high profile week with a State Dinner with Chinese Premier Hu as the featured guest. Human rights were an opening tension at meetings.

Here in is a point of departure to capitulate the Barack Obama presidency. Mr. Obama campaigned with full cognition of the in continuo Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth against my person which objectively functions as a linear attack against human civilization. This alienation of rights is based on a sibling - cohort rivalry under a Father and Mother figure in a neo Freudian format.

It is a duel between Same Sex (homosexuality) and Opposite Sex (heterosexuality). Salient features are a total despoliation of surface and tap water in my presence. This began on February 12, 2007 in Earp, California - Parker, Arizona on the Colorado River.
This is coded-named Radhanatha and is a poison in the well fallacy against an ISKCON diksa guru. I am a ritvik Hare Krishna. This means I accept a deceased guru, Srila Prabhupada as my diksa or initiating guru. In traditional Gaudiya Vaishnavism (Hare Krishna Movement) a living guru has given initiation. The defection to United States de facto and ommissive interests posits Obama as leading the world’s greatest censorship by his criminal behavior.

President Obama has chosen Joe Biden - of whom lived only several houses away from me in Dover as Vice President, Delaware, Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State, wife of ex-president Bill Clinton, and Janet Napolitano ex - governor of Arizona as Homeland Secretary where I have a extensive legal presence. This develops the cohort rivalry under a father figure God and both our natural parents.

The despoliation of the Salton Sea where I am currently writing affects the 51st District of D - Bob Filner, MA University of Delaware and the 45th District of R - Mary Bono Mack who is also 49 years of age being born on October 25, 1961. Her district also includes the Colorado River area described earlier.

I will focus on LAMBDA headed by Kevin Cathcart as they specialize in legal issues and most leaders are sworn lawyers before the bar. The cohort rivalry focuses on LAPD as sworn MSM officers against an opposite sex Hare Krishna Bhakta. This is directly antagonistic to his curricula vitae.

This is inescapable for anyone investigating the provocateur styled Joe Virus that attempts to use informants of lower qualified persons to drag down superior persons. LAPD is alleging that Cambridge Law School is the Origin and Authorship.

Here according to Kuhn and Popper’s methodologies LGBTi and Presidential History can be immediately falsified. The sociological and psychological methodologies under Kuhn’s system need more third party verification and study but prima facie there are serious anomalies in both discipline areas to confound their standing.

In summary, the Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth against the Salton Sea requires a quantum of force that has never been directed more severely at one individual. The success of using the United States as a catalyst to attack the human race leaves very little credibility to Obama or the economic interest’s position of condoning the trade of damaged and contaminated commodities. The teaching of LGBTi Studies and History is fraudulent as it does not address me nor the effect on HIV/AIDS persons while promoting interests who have taken credit and remuneration for this advocacy.

Barack Obama is 49 years of age. In thirty years he will be just past his natural life expectancy. This leaves him as the target at the executive level as he is the continuum of sanitizing the damage of his predecessors in the Oval Office.

Governor Schwarzenegger’s two terms have ended with the inauguration of Jerry Brown. Schwarzenegger leaves a very disturbing trend of ritualism. He knowingly lead a recall of Gray Davis in 2003 because of the Enron Scandal that left California some 15 billion USD in red. Bond debt has tripled in 7 years from $27.6 billion to $77 billion USD.

He began his political career knowing that a Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth was ongoing and leaves the state with this event escalated. The Salton Sea is contaminated. The Colorado River, where this escalation code-named Radhanatha began on February 12, 2007 has been hit twice and flows into Mexico. Northern California lakes in the Eastern High Sierra are also being wrecked.

Currently I can see that Courage Campaign is active in repealing Proposition 8, defeating Don’t Ask - Don’t Tell -DADT and has considerable input in AIDS-HIV issues.

This presents a unique challenge for LGBTi leadership individuals as Evan Wolfson, Kevin Cathcart, Kamala Harris and Gavin Newsome. I say this because The Right to Marry campaign has not addressed my Right to Marry. I have been a strict heterosexual for very moment of my life. I am trapped in a Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth here Along the Salton Sea, Desert Shores, California to be exact. This is in the same area as Palm Springs - Cathedral City, one of the premier LGBTi communities in the world. The Salton Sea is a Scorched Earth. Food, clothing, and air are also heavily ruined.

If Courage Campaign is exactly that, the organization that you founded and lead, why have you not stepped forward to address my conditions and the suffering of those with AIDS-HIV?

It is now December 2010, you are at the end of your two terms as Governor of California. You defeated then Governor Davis will full cognition of the alienation of rights here in California in 2003. On about February 12, 2007 when I was in Earp, California this alienation escalated to attack the surface water, food products, clothing, and other tangible assets with a more heightened Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth.

I am writing you for the first time as Lieutenant Governor. I have lived in San Luis Obispo County when you were my state representative. You have assumed this post in April 2010. At this time the Colorado River was being cleared of Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth and Inyo and Lassen Counties were undergoing this process.

Make no doubt about this. I AM BEING ATTACKED BEC AUSE A HETEROSEXUAL MALE. This is being facilitated by a Gay Militia promoting Gay Culture. Currently I am residing Along the Salton Sea in Desert Shores. You have stated that you have purchased a home in the La Quinta area. In late October when I traveled here, I had to walk the last ten miles into Desert Shores because the local transit will not run into Imperial County.

Since February 12, 2007, the in continuo Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth that has been imposed over my person has been escalated to surface water and tap water also including irrigation. The date farms immediately surrounding La Quinta are despoiled. Usually I glean a a handful of dates as I pass by. The ones on the trees are fresh and table and restaurant quality, some of the best in the world. If you eat these dates they would BURN YOUR MOUTH. There is a modest fish kill in the Salton Sea. No Tilapia should be purchased from this region.

In the panorama Proposition 8 and Don’t Ask Don’t Tell have been overturned. The former may be construed as The Right to Marry. Open Letter to Rep. Filner

Dear Rep. Filner,

It is beyond time that sworn federal and state officials of this country address the systematic human rights abuses that currently have despoiled the Salton Sea. I will simply state that this Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth is imposed over me. The 51st district is where the future will be played out if the status quo prevails.

It is a historical and legal fact that I have been alienated from my rights because I am a heterosexual. This hate crime is perpetuated by Homeland Security officers who are same sex hence bisexuals within the LGBTi paradigm believing they are enhancing the citizenship and prestige of LGBTi persons.

The past elections in California have promoted Gavin Newsome and Kamala Harris both in their 40s and younger than my person, I am 49 and these officials were elected into offices that will prepare them to be amongst the most likely persons to endure a Real Criminal Prosecution. Rep. Bono of the 45th District shares this distinction as does President Barack Obama.

If any natural or corporate persons wish to remedy any injuries to their collective, family or personal health or recover losses to tangible property or wealth they should be prepared to file criminal and civil complaints against sworn authorities as the president, governor, attorney generals, homeland security officers, and their informant agents.

It is clear that this live experiment on humans, a type of threshold training has left me almost incapacitated economically. I do possess use of my intellectual and physical capacities and my free will.

The victims are most likely to mount pressure to end the injustice that will shortchange the future posterities well being and prosperity.

Human beings are a natural species existing in an environment. As a consequence to objective science our culture has once again promoted you to represent the 45th District under the United States Constitution. Our nation’s Bill of Right’s gives our citizens the legal protection natural persons need and orders our sworn officials as your person by duty to uphold our rights.

What the historical trajectory provides for here is that humans will fight very strongly through various levels of conflict. For examination’s purposes it can deduced that the human species will continue to fight in highly contaminated environments even when distant conventional wisdom erroneously postulates that these parties may surrender.

The history of the United States and the 45th District supports events as Grozny and the Iraqi Wars where Scorched Earth - Seek and Destroy tactics have heavily damaged infrastructure as private property, hospitals, schools, roads, and communications. Dear Rep. McKeon

I am writing you today to help define the ongoing stalking zeitgeist in the United States and here in Owens Valley in the Eastern High Sierra. Since first coming here in about 1981 after Bill Clinton won the presidency the small towns in Inyo County, Bishop, Big Pine, Independence, and Lone Pine have fiercely harassed me on cue from LAPD.

This is a gender based Hate Crime with serious Faith based repercussions. Identity is fueling a conflict that will surely destabilize the trajectory of this country. LAPD contains a Gay Militia, their choice of words. They are operating a RICO styled blackmail and extortion ring. They are Glass Closet Bisexuals. I am purely Heterosexual. This is inclusive of my entire 49 years of life.

During September when I was in Westwood in Lassen, LAPD made a very serious attempt to OUT me which failed. Since the Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth, I have maintained strict celibacy under my Hare Krishna Faith. There is a ksatriya or soldier - administrative spirit that is integral to a gradual spiritual awakening.

My spiritual commitment to upholding the United States Constitution is superior to their careers as LGBTi Homeland Security officers. The destruction in the Owens Valley is quite pervasive as is the stalking that natural persons undertake there.

Laying in wait in cars to slam doors at the local markets, gas stations, and post office is their signature behavior. This is False Imprisonment and Torture. A unique facet of this behavior is that a 20 year old citizen in 2010 has a very strong likelihood in being subpoenaed under oath. This would result in one having to testify against one’s family and friends. As you are aware of all the towns here are about 5000 persons or less.

Stalking is a serious crime that divides the unity a political body needs to sustain itself.
