Open Letter to AFER
Dear AFER,
The Totality of Circumstances Test is the correct rule when an individual confronts one’s government. As seen Proposition 8, or Perry v. Brown is headed for a possible granting of certiorari this autumn.
With a name as the American Federation for Equal Rights, it makes one wonder why you have not questioned the Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth program that is imposed over my natural person and citizenship.
The American Foundation for Equal Rights is dedicated to protecting and advancing equal rights for every American.
Prima facie since June 17, 1987 cells of a MSM Gay Militia launched a pre-emptive attack against then President Reagan. Their strategic mission was Gay Marriage. I have been an exclusive heterosexual my entire life. I am one day older than President Barack Obama being born August 3, 1961 in Roswell, NM. The entire Birther fiasco is a Red Herring meant to create a phony issue since Obama and the Irrationalist Presidents persist in using fiction to oppress humans and life in general.
The alienation of my rights may reduce to the Eight Amendment; There shall be no cruel and unusual treatment… and the arguing from the state towards the individual the Equal Protection and Due Process Clauses of the Fourteenth Amendment.
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
The Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth attack named MOEC short for Mobilization of Empire and Civilization is alleged to be authored by Cambridge Law School as proximate cause. It is a gambit that was designed to have a continuum of MSM members of which if they continued to operate in a de facto and corrupt manner they would undermine competent sworn officials and the LGBTi Movement.
Since February 12, of 2007 the Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth has escalated to despoil all surface water, all running tap water, and even contaminate food in cans and have such shipped into my vicinity. At this threshold what is called operation Radhanatha began in Earp CA - Parker AZ.
The LAPD officers who have launched and maintained this attack now have degraded to what is been designed as Gay Irrationalism – Gay Know Nothing. Hence Daubert Standards are needed to seat an expert witness in federal court.
The Daubert Court indicated that there are at least four factors to consider: testability, specifically Popperian falsifiability; publication and peer review; the known or potential rate of error. (Daubert at 2797); and widespread acceptance in the relevant scientific community (Jan Dejnoñka 1996).
This attack is a live experiment regarding Technological Singularity. There is tournament styled endurance contest based to measure fitness between homosexuals and heterosexuals. In the gambit MSM males entrapment the President of the United States. MOEC was designed to attack Ronald Reagan. The following head of states may be considered the Irrationalist Presidents:

Hence MOEC is a homosexual blackmail and extortion ring easily rendered as a Perpetual Conspiratol Act and RICO enterprise.
Overall the miscalculation to hit the United States President, Constitution, through the via of the citizen he has sworn to protect has rendered the Gay Militia amongst the least credible MSM figures in United States history. There is a noticeable tactic of marginalization used to undermine the United States. This would include Marriage Breaking disguised as a Yellow Brick Road.
As a young man Vice President Biden and I lived in the same housing development, Rodney Village in Delaware. I believe in history tapes will reveal the neighborhood children and myself playing in his backyard and showing folkstyle wrestling moves to one another. This will be a result of mutual aid violations from LAPD and the Delaware State Police. I eventually met Biden’s first wife Neila and daughter Naomi at a envelop stuffing for his successful 1972 Senate Campaign. I do not remember meeting Beau, now Delaware Attorney General. Neila and Naomi were killed shortly afterwards. I remember Biden reading from Jose Marti. I remember this due to mishmash fencing that existed. The original white two plank fencing that came with this subdivision were replaced by some of the neighbors.
Wayne Shepard was killed in Wyoming and tie I believe tied to snow fencing. He was beaten and left to die. As I travel the United States the type of housing, fencing, hay bales, and water towers always have stood out.
Barbara Olson was killed in a plane crash during 9-11 in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. Olson is the spouse of Counsel Theodore Olson. In the late 1970s I stole my mother’s car to runaway to the Hare Krishna commune New Vrndavana, West Virginia. Someone cut the brake line in the vehicle and I crashed headfirst over a guardrail on a three 90 angle turn road at the bottom of hill. So I hitchhiked to West Virginia. (Janet Reno’s niece Amy Hobson was a major informant against the Hare Krishnas later; ence the allegation of involvement of Radhanatha swami in the murder of Sulochana. Notice the poison in the well fallacy).
LGBTi stalwarts are de facto and negligent. California LT. Governor Gavin Newsom, and AG Kamala Harris are severely negligent as there are many wildfires in Northern California, I am in McCloud and the fires are being fought during a Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth.
This entire event is used to shape and condition persons for censorship and sanitization to be continued by the development of Artificial Intelligence AI or superintelligence. This is Technological Singularity.
Barack Obama is the Singularity Target due to his arc of lifespan. Technological Singularity is predicted for 2046. Obama should easily live to 2040.
In closing AFER should consider to live up to it’s mission and expose corruption and human rights violations. Many persons connected to AFER appear to be sworn professionals. LGBTi history is already seriously damaged with criminal and civil justice waiting and the right of the victims.
