Circle of Abuse

The Hare Krishnas as ISKCON have begun sending out payments in a court approved settlement that may come to amounts of near 15 million USD. The events in question have focused on child abuse which is an oxymoron to a preaching mission which empasizes purity and renunciation.

The Catholic Church similarly has had it's integrity subject to egregarious behavior and the stonewalling of justice.

In the ISKCON case I know of no child abuser to come to prosecution.

One cannot undo the incredible damage that has occurred in either case. Education and the removal of public and private persons that hid and condoned these acts is only partial justice and rarely if ever occurs.

I had a small claim here but my abuse was harrassment not sexual molestment.

I was the party to originally attempt to use RICO statutes against ISKCON. This was David Nollmeyer vesrsus New Raman Reti.

Here Chandrasheka Swami and Mahananda prabhu were cited but they were not the only parties. They knew the identities of the other abusers.

These events in question occurred in 1995 and 1996.

I requested class action for other parties.

The issue was dismissed sua ponte.

The present case was dismissed due to subject matter considerations due to RICO statutes which was very weak jurisprudence.

I can only speculate that ISKCON waited for the statute of limitations to expire.

Since I am Bhakta I travelled to New Raman Reti, whose service is to implement Varna Asrama or the Vedic Social System, fro help in the SCORCHED EARTH EVENT.

This conicided with the advent of the RITVIK encampment and the poison case of Srila Prabhupada.
