John Roberts and Human Rights

There has been much movement in the area of human rights recently. The United States Senate will most likely confirm John Roberts tomorrow. I personally do not support him for the prima facie reason he has not recognized this even of scorched earth

His mentor William Rehnquist did not either.

I am preparing a count Grand Jury Complaint for Del Norte California. I was severely harassed while doing my human rights blogging at College of the Redwoods.

This is a criminal complaint. It will turn into a civil suit that could end up in front of the United States Supreme Court. It takes four votes by a judge to bring for a writ of certiorari.

This complaint will also be against Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger as a de facto official.

The scorched earth event that is codenamed Akbar is now openly manifest in Inyo County CA.

Baltimore Studio and Delaware State Police

Since my last post involved a letter to Mark Leno D - San Francisco of the State of California. Agents of LAPD most likely the Baltimore Studio or now The studio have up there attacks on my work. This Studio has no legitimate purpose bu t to falsify and mutilate evidence.

They are a commercial ad studio operationg out of Baltimore allegedely working with LAPD and the Delaware State Police. They have no real susbstanitive computer skills past word processing and basic scripts. What is the problem is their sexual orientation and drug use interfere with the cognition and behavior.

THEY ARE PERFORMING NO LEGITIMATE WORK FOR THE POLICE IN THIS SYSTEMATIC HATE CRIME.

THIS WAS THE CONCERN WITH MY LETTER TO ASSEMBLYMAN LENO.

Letter to Mark Leno D- San Francisco

Dear Assemblymemeber Leno

My name is David Nollmeyer. I am writing you concerning HUMAN RIGHTS.

I have lived in SCORCHED EARTH Conditions for 19 years and have been forced to travel through San Francisco numerous times. The air is sprayed by placing chemicals as sulfur in car engines and driving.

The leaders are from LAPD code-named "Dealers". The Delaware State Police, Baltimore PD, and agents Baltimore Studio are also involved.

LAPD and the Baltimore Studio are Gay and Bisexual
I would argue their orientation at the predator level.

I AM A LIFLONG HETEROSEXUAL AND HAVE BEEN CONTINUALLY THROUGH THIS ORDEAL.

I AM CONTINUALLY HARRASSED BY HOOLIGANS WHO LIE IN WAIT AND SLAM DOORS AND OBJECTS WITH IMPUNITY BY THESE ROGUE POLICEMAN WHO BELIEVE THEY CAN CIRCUMVENT CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.


I AM ASKING YOU AND ANY OTHER PERSON IN THE GLBT COMMUNITY TO DENOUNCE THESE ELEMENTS.

These persons call themselves a Gay Militia and advocate and practice manifest VIOLENCE.

This is an active and emergent strain of Gay Fascism.

Anyone who condones and supports violence should be exposed and prosecuted.

These issues have been presented to Governor Schwarzenegger.

Do not allow your constituency to be the shield for these predators.
