Open Letter to Gov. Jan Brewer R- AZ

Dear Governor Brewer

When you took over the office of Governor from Janet Napolitano in January of 2008, the United States had been and still is engaged in a significant Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth centered over my citizenship and natural person. This event has persisted since June 17, 1987. The alienation of my rights in Arizona, I currently am moving across the Colorado River between Blythe, CA and Ehrenburg, AZ leaves no one with due process. Arizona is an integral part of the nation's Homeland Security based on it's structural location.

I am not a partisan of political parties. The law is broke due to the human resources that are employed in sworn capacities to uphold our rights and protect us.

The Colorado River is despoiled. This is the regions drinking and agricultural water. Gang Structures proliferate on both sides of the border. Your negligence in stepping forward to DEFEND MY RIGHTS IS INEXCUSABLE.

The stakes are quite high. I am choosing to legally fight this event out regardless one, race, creed, religion, gender, nationality, or political orientation to achieve historical and legal justice.

I am only 48 years old and should easily live to 77. You were being born in 1944 should easily live towards 2020. A twenty year old Homeland Security Officer in Arizona should live at least 55 more years to 2065. The current immature operation of passing the logic bomb to the future only emboldens those adversaries to the United States and equal protection under the law.

Thank you for your consideration.

Open Letter – Sen. John McCain R – AZ

Colorado River CA – AZ Border

Dear Senator McCain

I have arrived to the Colorado River area circa Blythe CA and Ehrenburg AZ as of the beginning of November 2009.

The Colorado River is CHEMICALLY DESPOILED. Interestingly enough President Barack Obama has won a Nobel Peace Prize and an act of Domestic Terrorism has occurred at Ft. Hood TX.

Our country is beginning to enter talks concerning nuclear diplomacy with Iran. Condoning an attack on our domestic water supply only strengthens Mahmoud Ahminijead’s hand in countering that their nuclear energy program is peaceful.

By inspection Iran’s environment is desert similar to Arizona’s where water is a scarce resource.

What is also dubious is that this CHEMICAL ASSAULT – SCORCHED EARTH is being lead by officers of LAPD who are LGBTi militants. I have openly and assertively made my position regarding my unequivocal support for traditional or opposite sex marriage in Arizona.

Maine has recently overturned their Gay Marriage legislation. Along the Ehrenburg AZ these agents are positing the opposite of my record that I have made with you and other Arizona officials.

It is time the sworn leadership of this country recognizes that internal domestic attacks against myself and the United States have occurred.
