Reflections on the Zeitgeist 2000-2010

The past decade was a continuation of Irrationalist thought. In modern ideology this would be pre-fascist in contrast wilt liberalism and conservatism. Islam appears to be the fastest spreading faith.

The Irrationalism being spread from the United States includes the blackmail and extortion of the president. This is a RICO or Racketeered Influenced Corrupt Organization Practice or Behavior.

This is in particular to the diplomacy of Chemical – Biological – Nuclear Weapons. This also affects human rights.

There has been a clear Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth ongoing in the United States throughout the decade since June17, 1987.

There is an open effort to condition the world culture into accepting the rogue nation – state sponsor terrorism orientation that the United States is maintaining. I am not stating that this is wrong. I am stating the United States is guilty itself and is duplicit with it’s equals in the community of nations.

Gay Marriage has brought successes and defeats to the LGBTi platform. A suit in United States Federal Court is widely considered to be a precursor to a Supreme Court case is under way in San Francisco.

I have continued to endure widespread persecution for my Ritvik Hare Krishna stance which is also only includes a strong stance for heterosexual or opposite sex marriage.

These events will provide ample factual empirically verifiable based data to confront the sanitization and degradation of various disciplines which are suffering under totalitarianism.

The lack of culture in the main is dangerous considering the importance the United States plays it the stability of international relations.

I, David Nollmeyer am filing a criminal complaint against President Barack Obama, Vice President Joseph Biden, and Homeland Secretary for RICO Violations in the Federal District Of Arizona.

Since November 1, 2009 I have resided in Blythe CA - Ehrenberg AZ. The Colorado River which has headwaters under Arizona jurisdiction has been  Chemically Contaminated. This is allegedly by a cell of LGBTi (SAME SEX) militants operating out of Los Angeles Police Department. 

The Colorado River was originally despoiled on or about February 12, 2007. This was code-named Radhanatha. This is a poison in the well tactic. There is a Radhanatha Swami who is a natural person. He has allegations that were cleared by the USAG that he was involved in a murder of a Krishna dissident in Los Angeles named Sulochana.

This is an in continuo act. Stalking is also facilitated on cue from this agency in Ehrenberg and the Flying J Truckstop on I -10. I am a strict heterosexual. I am orthodox ritvik Hare Krishna who only supports opposite sex marriage.

Stalking is openl conducted under a conditions of Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth. Persons are recruited to harass persons at the truckstop by slamming doors and other objects.

A federal trial concerning Gay Marriage began in San Francisco yesterday. I am remaining firm in my support for Proposition 8 in California. I am being deprived of my civil rights because of my Hare Krishna (Vedic) race (Japanese American) and political (socially conservative view).

If they are crossing state lines this is interstate stalking.

I am alleging that three officials supra are guilty of at least three predicate acts in continuo as the Colorado River is despoiled to debilitate me to death by attacking my citizenship. The three principals are guilty of Section 242 (below), 8th Amendment (right to remain free from cruel and unusual treatment, 14th Amendment (Due Process clause), each party would of also subsequently violated their oath office if guilty for a fourth offense.

Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

Remarks Concerning Failed Bombing

After the failed bombing by an Al Qaida affiliate on Christmas on a flight from Amsterdam to Detroit President Obama made this analysis:

Now, at this stage in the review process it appears that this incident was not the fault of a single individual or organization, but rather a systemic failure across organizations and agencies.  That's why, in addition to the corrective efforts that I've ordered, I've directed agency heads to establish internal accountability reviews, and directed my national security staff to monitor their efforts.  We will measure progress.  And John Brennan will report back to me within 30 days and on a regular basis after that.  All of these agencies -- and their leaders -- are responsible for implementing these reforms. And all will be held accountable if they don't. 

The Obama Administration and it’s predecessors have never been held accountable for Homeland Security to date. This will happen only if someone forces such to admit that critical errors were committed.

On this date the Colorado River at Blythe California towards Mexico was and is Chemically Contaminated. Obama continued:

Over the past two weeks, we've been reminded again of the challenge we face in protecting our country against a foe that is bent on our destruction.  And while passions and politics can often obscure the hard work before us, let's be clear about what this moment demands.  We are at war.  We are at war against al Qaeda, a far-reaching network of violence and hatred that attacked us on 9/11, that killed nearly 3,000 innocent people, and that is plotting to strike us again.  And we will do whatever it takes to defeat them.

As president Obama has to make the call and order to PROTECT CITIZENS AND THE HOMELAND. In Al Qaeda he has a convenient war, albeit not wanted. He is the leader of a country that would rather take quid pro quos than solve the immediate danger jeopardizing the posterity.

Here at home, we will strengthen our defenses, but we will not succumb to a siege mentality that sacrifices the open society and liberties and values that we cherish as Americans, because great and proud nations don't hunker down and hide behind walls of suspicion and mistrust.  That is exactly what our adversaries want, and so long as I am President, we will never hand them that victory.  We will define the character of our country, not some band of small men intent on killing innocent men, women and children.

On the contrary there is growing fatigue in blaming external adversaries and condoning internal ones. This country will collapse with collusion to these actors.

And in this cause, every one of us -- every American, every elected official -- can do our part.  Instead of giving into cynicism and division, let's move forward with the confidence and optimism and unity that defines us as a people.  For now is not a time for partisanship, it's a time for citizenship -- a time to come together and work together with the seriousness of purpose that our national security demands.

That's what it means to be strong in the face of violent extremism.  That's how we will prevail in this fight.  And that's how we will protect our country and pass it -- safer and stronger -- to the next generation.

This oratory again defines the hypocrisy of selective attention that failed leadership makes in defending the nation. When the benefit to cost ratio, which is in itself dehumanizing mounts, the true human spirit may awake.

The culture needs to reawaken and become firm and erect or marginalization will radiate progressively further.
