Open Letter to CA Attorney General Brown

Dear Attorney General Brown,

Is is prima facie that you as the Attorney General of California have not advocated the rights of both citizens and natural persons in this state. California  has been Chemically Despoiled. The current arsenic poisoning in Bangladesh is considered the worst mass poisoning in history affecting 77 million persons. This is followed by Bhopal and then Chernobyl. I will state that 100 percent of California’s population or 38 million persons are being attacked. The Delmarva peninsula also I would state has a 100 percent coverage. This will effect the career of Vice President Joe Biden.

You have not upheld the due process rights of myself or the People of California. You have broken your oath of office. This entire attack has boxed me into the California - Arizona region. I am the most STALKED PERSON in the history of California and the United States. This act of dehumanization and pre-genocide acts beyond the static artificial parameters of legal jurisdictions that were created to protect us. In lieu of collective protection of the constitution we are attacked by the state and agents.

It is a LGBTi militancy that has attacked California. This is occurring at the same time Proposition 8 is being challenged by yourself and same-sex persons in the United States military is under consideration. I have advocated opposite sex marriage. I have been a strict heterosexual every second of my life. You should be removed from this case. The conflict over my persecution and your ommissive conduct is prejudicial to transparency.

The Ninth Ciruit has dismissed every appeal that I have made. I am an orthodox ritvik Hare Krishna who supports opposite sex marriage. This is a HATE CRIME. I do not see how even the judges on the bench could survive scrutiny.

Westwood has about 2000 persons. Lassen County has near 35,000 persons counting Susanville State Prison. I am constantly being stalked and being challenged as a coward when it is the LGBTi militancy out of LAPD has blackmailed, extorted, and Chemically Assaulted California. These stalkers are the accomplices of the destruction of California.
I am active in human rights so the Campaign for Courage et al. have some knowledge of who I am. The more that these folks press this issue the more one has to become transparent.

The LGBTi militancy suffer from an inferiority complex. The personalities are submerged. Everything is a disguise. This is under the color of law.

I am writing from Westwood, California. Robber’s Creek which runs through the town is destroyed. Just approaching the banks of this seasonal creek is threat to one’s health. I just walked into it up to my ankles to cool down.

This would mean Lake Almanor and it tributaries are under attack. You are also empowered to protect the Governor. Mr. Schwarzenegger has demonstrated no faith in securing the wellbeing of the People of California since his term began in 2003.

His legacy and natural person should be deposed under oath to grantee that his victims have a legal record of his DIRECT PERFORMANCE on the issue that has damaged the human race not only those physically present in this state.

Whoever knowingly alters, destroys, mutilates, conceals, covers up, falsifies, or makes a false entry in any record, document, or tangible object with the intent to impede, obstruct, or influence the investigation or proper administration of any matter within the jurisdiction of any department or agency of the United States or any case filed under title 11, or in relation to or contemplation of any such matter or case, shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.

Millions Poison Affects Millions in Bangladesh

(CNN) -- It could be the worst mass poisoning in history. And the terrible irony is that it may all be due to an idealistic push to clean up drinking water for some of the world's poorest people.

A new study published in British medical journal The Lancet says that up to 77 million people in Bangladesh are being exposed to toxic levels of arsenic, potentially taking years or decades off their lives.

An international team of researchers from Chicago, New York and Bangladesh followed 12,000 people over the past decade, monitoring their arsenic intake and mortality rates from contaminated wells.

By the end of the study, one in five deaths were determined to be directly related to elevated arsenic levels in their system. Stretch that over the entire population that takes its water from wells, and the impact is daunting.

The problem has been known about for years, if not the overall deadly impact.

As far back as a decade ago, the World Health Organization called it "the largest mass poisoning of a population in history... beyond the accidents at Bhopal, India, in 1984, and Chernobyl, Ukraine, in 1986."

Well-meaning development groups had encouraged remote villages across Bangladesh to dig wells over the past decades, rather than rely on potentially contaminated surface water and dirty rivers. But now potentially a much worse problem has been found far below the surface.

Arsenic is a deadly poison with a history of use in intrigue and assassination. Some have even theorized that Napoleon Bonaparte succumbed to long term poisoning with the substance by his enemies while in exile on the island of St. Helena.

But the element and its derivatives are also used in many industries, such as metal smelting and as a component in products ranging from insecticide to micro-chips.

And unfortunately, it is also found in abundance in the soil and rock in Bangladesh. It's leached up through the water table in tens of millions of water wells across the country.

The study showed that the top quarter of those exposed had a 70 percent higher mortality rate than would be expected in the population as a whole.

The authors hope for more study, and a long term plan to deal with the damage already done. But a solution for those already poisoned may remain decades away.

Other long term health studies have shown it takes 20 years for the negative morbidity effects of arsenic poisoning to dissipate, even after they stopped using contaminated wells.

Obama: Historical Bubbles

The current Gulf of Mexico Oil Spill is providing an excellent contrast between perceptions and what is legally recognized by Barack Obama. Obama will not be able to finesse his way out damage. How severe will this be is up to the future to decide.

What is being provided for is a glimpse into the morality of the president. He and his partisans in the Democrat Party have no choice but to press BP to take the brunt of the liability for the disaster.

The historical panorama and trajectory provide that Obama is part of a systematic dictatorship from Reagan to his person who have condoned environmental despoliation. These acts destroy the treasures spread across the earth of a people.

In short Obama is a product of the Yellow Brick Road and so is BP.

One of Obama’s priorities is to protect this RICO system of corruption. There is a great parallel between the Fall of Rome and the gradual marginalization of the United States. Corruption is widespread. the media, Associated Press – Reuters et al. will not publish any of the major despoliation ongoing now in the High Sierras of California, Oregon, and Nevada.

Sir Paul McCartney is performing at the Whitehouse as if nothing is wrong when in actuality Obama as ambassador of the liberal left is the figurehead in Human Rights violations against his own citizens.

I have been equally against all presidents since Reagan. My best opportunity and yours too, is criminal prosecution of Obama. The latent function suggests that Cambridge University of the United Kingdom is the Origin and authorship.

This is very intriguing and makes for good reading but harder prosecution. Lassen, Plumas, and Siskiyou counties of California are heavy contaminated.

Obama is not stepping forward to make good on the DESTRUCTION he condones.
