Open Letter To Karl Rove

Dear Karl Rove,

My name is David Nollmeyer. I am writing to you concerning the current Gulf Oil Spill, and Presidents Obama and Bush. This statement is regarding the de facto Chemical Assault  - Scorched Earth which was ongoing when President George W. Bush won the election in 2000.

Prima facie an extreme escalation in this attack occurred around February 12, 2007 along the Colorado River near Earp, California. At this time surface water and tap water became attacked by what are now our Homeland Security officers, read policeman.

This was code-named Radhanatha, after an ISKCON (Hare Krishna) diksa guru in false association or Poison In The Well fashion.

You have recognized that Barack Obama is facing a Katrina scenario. Government scientists have stated that the Gulf Spill is now 19 million barrels surpassing the 11 million total of the Exxon Valdez.

Northern California especially the Lassen, Plumas, and Siskiyou County areas are focalized in the unrecognized Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth.

Scorched Earth is the United States legacy which includes your term with President Bush.

Courage and Consequences is an apt title for a new book. So was the Audacity of Hope and Dreams of My Father by Obama. 

Profiting off the destruction of the American People is not a duty for a natural person of the human race or a citizen of a sovereigns state.

I fought this abuse as a ritvik Hare Krishna and am at least surviving in spite of the proliferation of straw man philosophy and sanitization of history.

This attack was delivered by Cambridge Law School and LAPD. They are LGBTi militants. I am a strict heterosexual. I believe that Congress is going to vote on the inclusion of such, perhaps today.

I in the short run I oppose as LGBTi militants are attacking with non-military grade weapons.

West Coast Hoax – Transparency???

Senators Boxer and Feinstein have introduced legislation to ban oil drilling of the West Coast.

The two Senators are environmental charlatans. California is under a severe Chemical Assault – Scorched Earth. This is the same as the Gulf Coast.

The millionaire’s club has never had the courage to recognize the destruction here.

Here is the location in Westwood California that are ecologically minded senators have thrown under the bus. Soap and water will not help. The Obama Administration has been making comments concerning BP and transparency. If these officials are making false records this is called Obstruction of Justice.

Why not use RICO Statutes?

Open Letter to Rep. McKeon R –25 CA

Dear Rep. McKeon,

I am once again in Big Pine, CA. The area is an ECOLOGICAL DISASTER!

The in continuo Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth persists through the also on going Gulf Oilspill.

Inyo County is my personal choice for opening prosecution against sworn officials and agents in committing systematic Stalking and Harassment in concert with the attack supra.

It is clear from my perspective as all the lakes in the region are despoiled that the Owens Valley in general was chosen for this type of assault against our freedom.

The Owens Valley is also been chosen for attempt to sanitize LGBTi or same sex persons who are STALKING. Heterosexuals are also involved.

I am making my legal stand as a Ritvik member of the Hare Krishna Movement. I am independent and not aligned with any formal group.

Hridayananda dasa  a guru, who pertains to ISKCON is also continually put forth as a religious authority over me which is FALSE.

LAPD is being accused of  running these acts. These officers have continually questioned my courage here which is bogus. I have created more records here than in most any other location and do it criminal penalty.

No one else from the Owens Valley has any public presence that I am aware of.

It is clear that I posit that all five presidents since June 17, 1987 have acted under the color of law. They are criminally negligent in defending the rights of individuals here.

You are required by law to recognize criminal acts. The events against me here in your District are grievous.
