Corporate History and Human Rights

All things in material existence have a history. In this light the artificial organization of human and material resources into the corporation have enabled forces of capitalism and the state to focus their efforts on some allocative output as a good or service.

As all productive forces there are externalites to the firms efforts. These are sometimes called spillover effects. In the human rights dimension this may be the marginalization of persons in the vicinity of production. The conflict with Shell and native tribes in Nigeria is an ongoing event.

Here in the United States the last 15 years have created an unbridled culture of plutocracy which is a tyranny based on the selling of small objects in contrast to oligarchy which is tyranny of the holding of large properties.

There is often collusion with the security forces and intimidation. Blackmail and extortion are part of the entry fee.

Here in the United States there is an ongoing scorched earth event. LAPD is running such in the main and access to the United States president(s) who have condoned such is integral.

The 1st amendment gives one the right to think freely and move around. In this regards the firm the artificial corporation’s also develops its reputation. As the old adage goes “The king is known for his justice.”

Corporation’s enhance or lose their sustainability by identity.

Alert: Liberian Warlord Runs for Senate

Liberian Warlord Yormi Johnson is a Senate candidate in upcoming Liberian elections. How is it possible that Saddam Hussein and Slobodan Milosevic are being held under trial and Yormi Johnson and Charles Taylor are free?

The WAR ON TERROR is appearing more as the war against the United States and United Kingdom. The G-8 and weapons suppliers have to take their end of Universal Justce more seriously to help gain support and respect for their interests.

Tuesday's presidential and parliamentary elections were intended to draw a line under a 14-year civil war which ended two years ago after killing a quarter of a million people and uprooting almost a third of the population.

Some of the war's most notorious killers now want to reinvent themselves as elected politicians through the polls, whose votes were still being counted on Thursday.

Former rebel leader Prince Yormi Johnson watched while his men cut off the ears of President Samuel Doe in 1990 and then tortured him as television cameras rolled.

Corporate cronyism is one of the poorest expressions of leadership. I find the level of skill of the person who indexes sites to be low. I will complain to AOL and Google. I will continue in the future regarding corporate history and kowtowing.

Memo to Sen. Domenici D-NM

Dear Senator Domenici

My name is David Nollmeyer. I am writing you to discuss Homeland Security. I was born in Roswell NM in 1961. I returned to live in New Mexico around 1994-96. This time period in Lordsburg, Catron County, Las Vegas, and Carlsbad was marked by a scorched earth campaign that is still not recognized.

I have filed civil federal cases that have resulted in a writ of certiorari being denied. New Mexico has several sensitive facilities.

LAPD is and has been running this operation. Chief William Bratton will emerge as one of the most negligent and corrupt figures in United States history.

I am writing from Bishop CA. The same patterns of delivering extortion and harassing me still exist.

One novelty, all the LAPD members are Gay or Bisexual. I am a lifelong heterosexual and am being scapegoated as being the above and a drug user.

I have managed to return to school and complete a 60 plus credits with a GPA of 3.8 in addition to cumulative score of 3.18. Needless to say totalitarianism seeks to isolate. I am attempting to recapitulate this event, which has endured over 19 years.

New Mexico may not be secure from RICO statutes.

Grand Jury: Gov. Schwarzenegger

I have committed here in the short run to devote more time to blogging and this site. As I am writing I will keep persons up to date through technocrati tags on my blogs, which are located in the footer.

I have easily discerned that LAPD codenamed dealers wish to radiate behaviors through ad-hominem. This is a variation of the original sin. Here New Raman Reti< Florida, a Hare Krishna Farm has a devotee whom I will not name as a target. Dysfunctional behaviors as slamming a car door or object are transmitted to a new target.

As of last December this was a young prostitute who was in the room adjacent to me in Morro Bay, California. Any activity she performed she is responsible for not the devotee in Florida.

In Crescent City, California at the College of the Redwoods, a library technician has been abusive and is supposed to emulate the incompetence of the prostitute. She is guilty of her own activities.

I HAVE SUBMITTED A GRAND JURY COMPLAINT TO THE DEL NORTE COUNTY GRAND JURY AGAINST THIS PERSON, COLLEGE OF THE REDWOODS, AND GOVERNOR ARNOLD SCWARZENNEGER.

In California there is a county grand jury where persons can submit criminal complaints by circumventing the police.

Pathological Liars

A study by USC researchers Adrian Raine and Yaling Lang has provided structural support for the diagnostics of persons considered pathological liars. Earlier work emphasized the prefrontal cortex in ordinary liars.

Liars had a 25.7 percent increase in prefrontal white matter compared to the antisocial controls and a 22 percent increase compared to the normal controls. Liars had a 14.2 percent decrease in prefrontal gray matter compared to normal controls (Sutliff 2005).

In addition to any structural component the social dimensions or triggers that differentiate a purely nativistic and deterministic antecedent need to be considered. Saddam Hussein has often been accused of manifesting himself as a pathological liar to justify his behavior.

“It’s almost mind reading. You have to be able to understand the mindset of the other person. You also have to suppress your emotions or regulate them because you don’t want to appear nervous. There’s quite a lot to do there. You’ve got to suppress the truth. “Our argument is that the more networking there is in the prefrontal cortex, the more the person has an upper hand in lying. Their verbal skills are higher. They’ve almost got a natural advantage” (Raine 2005).

” Pathological liars have a surplus of white matter, the study found, and a deficit of gray matter. That means they have more tools to lie coupled with fewer moral restraints than normal people.” They’ve got the equipment to lie, and they don’t have the disinhibition that the rest of us have in telling the big whoppers,” Raine stated. “When people make moral decisions, they are relying on the prefrontal cortex. When people ask normal people to make moral decisions, we see activation in the front of the brain,” he explained. “If these liars have a 14 percent reduction in gray matter, that means that they are less likely to care about moral issues or are less likely to be able to process moral issues. Having more gray matter would keep a check on these activities (Raine 2005).

Raine has contributed extensively to abnormal psychology especially in psychopathy. Pathological liars tend to believe their fabrications. Their projections may stem from a lack of self-esteem. This abnormality is one of the prime traits of the antisocial personality.
