The date marks the beginning of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising

The calendar year is full of dates that could be chosen for Holocaust Remembrance Day. Some, like January 27, the day of the liberation of Auschwitz, are recognized internationally. And, as Allied forces moved through Europe liberating Nazi death camps throughout early 1945, those dates continue to amass. So why is this Thursday, April 16, marked as Holocaust Remembrance Day in the United States and elsewhere?

As the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum explains, the date corresponds with the 27th of Nisan on the Hebrew calendar, which in 1943 — on April 19 in the Western calendar — marked the beginning of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising. Though the date may appear to move around from year to year, it’s always on that anniversary.

The once-vibrant Jewish community of Warsaw was forced into a ghetto on the Jewish holy day of Yom Kippur in 1940, stuffed into an area scarcely bigger than a square mile, deprived and diminished and finally deported, as TIME’s Lance Morrow explained in a review of a 2002 book of eyewitness accounts of the infamous ghetto. As the population of the ghetto dwindled, some who remained began to organize for combat. On April 19, 1943, as the Jewish holiday of Passover approached, Nazi forces entered the ghetto with the intention of sending all of its remaining residents to camps — only to encounter the uprising. The Jews of Warsaw managed to fight back for weeks.

It would take years before the Nazi forces were finally suppressed in Warsaw and elsewhere, but the uprising was nearly immediately a touchstone for remembrance. By 1948, on the fifth anniversary, TIME reported on one such memorial:

Last week, on the fifth anniversary of the ghetto uprising, 12,000 Jews assembled on the spot where the first shots were fired. There they dedicated a monument to the heroes of the ghetto and to the 3,500,000 other Jews killed in Poland.

Delegations of Jews from 20 nations, including the U.S., laid wreaths and banners against the monument—a wall built of broken bricks from the ghetto‘s rubble piles. Mounted in a front niche was a bronze plaque showing armed men & women straining toward freedom.
These were moving symbols to the Jews of Warsaw. But what they liked best, perhaps, was the shining granite that sheathed the monument’s wall: it was some of the Swedish granite that Adolf Hitler had ordered for his monument in Berlin.

Eric Holder Takes $77 Million Job With JPMorgan Chase

Eric Holder announced his resignation as President Obama’s Attorney General on September 25, 2014.

The next day he accepted a $77 million dollar per year position with JPMorgan.

Starting in early November, Holder will serve as JPMorgan Chase’s chief compliance officer, where his responsibilities will include lobbying Congress on the company’s behalf and ensuring it “gets the best deal possible” from any new proposed financial regulations. For his efforts, Holder will earn an annual salary of $77 million plus bonuses for a job well done.

In a statement, Holder said taking a job at JPMorgan Chase was the logical next step in his career, given the revolving door between financial companies and the government officials who are supposed to regulate these companies.

“By joining JPMorgan Chase, I’m simply cutting out the middleman -- the U.S. Justice Department -- and going to work directly for the great Jamie Dimon,” he said. “Plus, when Jamie Dimon calls you, or one of his many secretaries calls you, you pick up the phone immediately. Lassen Community College is the main higher level institution of education in the area along with Feather River College. As seen a majority of the Homeland Security officers locally attend Administration of Justice courses at these schools to achieve their POST Certificate.

I have been held under a de facto Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth Program named Mobilization of Empire and Civilization or MOEC since June 17, 1987 in Dover, Delaware. I am alleging that Cambridge Law School has a Membership of persons that have orchestrated what I am arguing is the third war fought against the United Kingdom.

This is a scripted prisoner's dilemma based social engineering structure and process. It is America Invertebrated. As seen since it is a reverse sting, the authors have a refutation prepared if all the actors are successfully entrapped.

Dutch: Liable for Srebenica

A court in the Netherlands has ruled that the Dutch state was liable for the deaths of more than 300 victims of the Srebrenica massacre, the worst atrocity on European soil since World War II.

Families of the victims had brought a case against the Dutch government over the 1995 killings, accusing Dutch UN peacekeepers of failing to protect the 8000 Muslim men and boys slaughtered by ethnic Serb troops just a few months before the end of the Bosnian war.

"The state is liable for the loss suffered by relatives of the men who were deported by the Bosnian Serbs from the Dutchbat [Dutch battalion] compound in Potocari in the afternoon of 13 July, 1995," the court said on Wednesday.

"Dutchbat should have taken into account the possibility that these men would be the victim of genocide and that it can be said with sufficient certainty that, had the Dutchbat allowed them to stay at the compound, these men would have remained alive," it ruled.

Dutchbat was the name for the Dutch force under the nominal control of the United Nations in the former Yugoslavia.

"By co-operating in the deportation of these men, Dutchbat acted unlawfully," it added.

The tiny Muslim enclave was under UN protection until July 11, 1995 when it was overrun by ethnic Serb forces under the command of Ratko Mladic, who is now on trial on genocide and war crimes charges over the war in Bosnia, including the Srebrenica slaughter.

Mladic's troops brushed aside the lightly-armed Dutch peacekeepers in a "safe area" where thousands of Muslims from surrounding villages had gathered for protection.

In the subsequent days, almost 8000 Muslim men and boys were slaughtered and their bodies dumped in mass graves.

The Mothers of Srebrenica, representing some 6000 widows and victims' relatives, have been seeking justice for years for the massacre, which the UN's highest International Court of Justice has ruled was genocide.

Wednesday's ruling come just days after thousands of people gathered in Srebrenica to mark the 19th anniversary of the killings.

Cultural Singularity

There has been a plethora of innovation as software improves. This however creates many problems on the client side as bloggers need to be patient and upgrade their clients.

Overall Cultural Singularity will fail as long as it remains in defection strictly to the interests of the United States.

Open Letter to Boehner

Dear House Minority Leader Boehner

The last five presidents of the United States have failed to prioritize the homeland security needs of this country and thus protect the Constitution, citizen’s lives, and wellbeing. The country has been under a Chemical Scorched  Earth since June 17th 1987, the 200th birthday of the Constitution.

The creation of Homeland Security under George W. Bush itself is a farce. The Salton Sea here in California is chemically destroyed. Lake Almanor and the Owens River have also suffered catastrophic attacks.

This event or terrorist attack is being driven out of LAPD. Such contains a cell(s) of LGBTi militants. I am staunch heterosexual and defender of traditional marriage. I am supporting Proposition 8 here in California.

THERE IS NO LEADERSHIP IN CONGRESS! No individual that I know of, sworn official or homeland security officer has stepped forward to defend the natural lives of persons in this country and place the rule of law back in order.

The Republican Party most focus on reality not just tax cuts. Is AIG capable of paying on the trillions of dollars in damage.

The historical and legal record provides for documentation in the negligence to defend the United States since 1987. Hopefully the will to govern will be found before the damage to health and property necessitates such.

Dear Senator Reid

I am writing to discuss Attorney General Holder’s recent comments concerning RACISM. He argues that Americans “lack the courage” to address this issue.

My argument is that Eric Holder is the PERFECT EXAMPLE OF A COWARD.

This country has already entered into over 21 years of manifest Chemical Scorched Earth.

This is also a Hate Crime. Such is being organized under Gay Irrationalism-Gay Fascism. The Salton Sea in California is ruined.

My case is that I have consistently supported Heterosexual Marriage as Proposition 8 here in California.

My religious Hare Krishna beliefs are orthodox reflecting heterosexual marriage. However the Krishna Movement is splitting. Hridayananda Maharaj (Howard Resnik PhD) recently attempted to bless a Gay Union and was immediately rebuffed.

He is a diksa or living guru and I am ritvik follower of a deceased teacher Srila Prabhupada.

It is potentially dangerous for a ritvik disciple to enter a diksa temple.

In degree my religious background and my staunch advocacy of Traditional Marriage have destroyed my life at the hands of Gay Militants from LAPD and have also destroyed your legacy in upholding constitutional rights.

The Culture of Corruption and Incompetence

Barack Obama is now currently setting up a cabinet based Abraham Lincoln’s War Cabinet. This entails some inclusiveness per the Republicans. I am not sure if Barack Obama takes himself seriously in being a political descendent of Lincoln. There is political chatter concerning totalitarianism in the media. Obama has proposed establishing civil defense committees to enhance national security. President Bush has lent his approval to this suggestion.

Here we must move onto what is not discussed openly. The past four presidents plus Obama have demonstrated no intention of correcting systematic torture and scorched earth. The future will pay the price. If persons are inclined to support non-merit based promotions, paths to careers, marriages, and police sponsored drug dealing only to return to have such objects and properties despoiled than the United States and it’s considerable influence is clearly jeopardized and more chaos is likely to incur.

It has been stated that persons near 50 years of age desire recognition and respect for their achievements. This in part has helped Obama. Conversely persons who are travailing their lifespan’s say from 30 to 50 since 1987 are seeing their entire lives wasted because the so-called leadership is inept and corrupt.

I am going to slowly develop some of the historical and legal achievements that I have almost unilaterally undertook to oppose tyranny. Of such are the 26 federal lawsuits that if given a fair hearing would of have ended this debacle.

Barack Obama nor any of his candidates for his cabinet can provide documented proof of opposition. This would be decisive against Joe Biden of Delaware where five suits are jurisdictional.

Boycott 2008 Presidential Election

It is my opinion and analysis that the correct step to guarantee one’s present integrity and future posterity is to BOYCOTT THE 2008 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION between Barack Obama and John McCain. Neither candidate, both who are sworn public officials, who are US Senators have recognized systematic human rights abuses ongoing since June 17, 1987. This is the 200th anniversary of the United States Constitution.

Currently I am along the Salton Sea in California. The entire lake is chemically polluted. The air is polluted and exposed food products and as well as packaged products are contaminated.
This election is a convergence of a Perfect Dictator System.

Any individual or group supporting the acts of tyranny committed by the previous four presidents have contributed to one of the largest and definitely most successful acts of censorship in the history of the world.

Corporate History is becoming an important study. The actual emergence and consolidation of many abstract firms is and will be done at the expense of human life. I have lived in Delaware. Dupont is the most prestigious company with a pedigree that dates back to making gunpowder for the Revolutionary War against the British.

Needless to state propping up figures as George W. Bush and Barack Obama with 2000 dollar contributions and soft money will not produce any positive figures from the private sector.

The individual or firm supporting TOTALITARIANISM only chooses to become it’s slave. Poetic justice is no justice at all. This will become apparent if Barack Obama wins for African Americans and for women if Sarah Palin is elected with John McCain.

Any spiritual leader supporting any despotic regime also defeats his own mission by negating a performance by lack of consciousness.

THE MOST MORAL, INTELLIGENT, AND SECURE POSITION IS TO BOYCOTT THESE CANDIDATES AND CREATE A CREDIBLE RECORD OF OPPOSITION TO TYRANNY.

The Debate Not Taken

The debate last evening between Barack Obama and John McCain did not create much movement between those undecided. If one was for a particular candidate they probably still are. The financial sector meltdown is part of the ongoing degradation of our culture that neither candidate has the courage to admit is happening.

This is a form of criminality known as ritualism. Barack Obama is just one side of the coin of the Perfect Dictator while John McCain is the opposite. The Paulson-Bernanke Plan to bail out failed corporations and buy what is being referred to as toxic debt is an ode to the theory of power elites. Such states that the government is in the service of the president, ceos, and four star generals.

This is not a main street bailout. It looks like state capitalism from my perspective.

I believe that the credibility of President George Bush is marginalized. This is my favor but I too, am being negatively affected by the skills of failed bankers. I have actually went into the black as of about March 2007.

The callousness and antisocial informant culture of the zeitgeist cannot be understated. 

I feel much more clearheaded and more dynamic in making complaints against sworn officials as the endgame emerges on the horizon.
