The date marks the beginning of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising

The calendar year is full of dates that could be chosen for Holocaust Remembrance Day. Some, like January 27, the day of the liberation of Auschwitz, are recognized internationally. And, as Allied forces moved through Europe liberating Nazi death camps throughout early 1945, those dates continue to amass. So why is this Thursday, April 16, marked as Holocaust Remembrance Day in the United States and elsewhere?

As the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum explains, the date corresponds with the 27th of Nisan on the Hebrew calendar, which in 1943 — on April 19 in the Western calendar — marked the beginning of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising. Though the date may appear to move around from year to year, it’s always on that anniversary.

The once-vibrant Jewish community of Warsaw was forced into a ghetto on the Jewish holy day of Yom Kippur in 1940, stuffed into an area scarcely bigger than a square mile, deprived and diminished and finally deported, as TIME’s Lance Morrow explained in a review of a 2002 book of eyewitness accounts of the infamous ghetto. As the population of the ghetto dwindled, some who remained began to organize for combat. On April 19, 1943, as the Jewish holiday of Passover approached, Nazi forces entered the ghetto with the intention of sending all of its remaining residents to camps — only to encounter the uprising. The Jews of Warsaw managed to fight back for weeks.

It would take years before the Nazi forces were finally suppressed in Warsaw and elsewhere, but the uprising was nearly immediately a touchstone for remembrance. By 1948, on the fifth anniversary, TIME reported on one such memorial:

Last week, on the fifth anniversary of the ghetto uprising, 12,000 Jews assembled on the spot where the first shots were fired. There they dedicated a monument to the heroes of the ghetto and to the 3,500,000 other Jews killed in Poland.

Delegations of Jews from 20 nations, including the U.S., laid wreaths and banners against the monument—a wall built of broken bricks from the ghetto‘s rubble piles. Mounted in a front niche was a bronze plaque showing armed men & women straining toward freedom.
These were moving symbols to the Jews of Warsaw. But what they liked best, perhaps, was the shining granite that sheathed the monument’s wall: it was some of the Swedish granite that Adolf Hitler had ordered for his monument in Berlin.

Big Pine

The concept of culture creates the condition of it's own elimination is a broad sociological concept which has broad application.

In Inyo and Mono Counties the usurpation of Los Angeles over this area regarding water is part of the Fall of the Anglo American Paradigm.

This area is a prime jurisdiction for a War Crime. Persons will need a Treason Defense.
Since World, American, California, Native American, LGBTi and Japanese History are at stake I will refute any and all including Christian, Vedic, Islamic interpretations which are implicating by the proximate cause test as principles, accomplices, or accessories.

The LGBTi Movement is the most damaged since their actors, Cambridge Law School, Gay Militia in LAPD and informants locally carry out the attack.

Since I pertain to the Vedic and Japanese American Paradigm by choice and by birth they are stronger. I am clearly outside the mainstream informant culture where I would place the majority of persons.
If you wish to establish a record name and date events.

I have been here through four of the five Irrationalist Presidents Reagan Obama without Reagan (1990 - in continuo).

In interest Scotland is voting today September 18, 2014 on Independence.

Here the population in Inyo County is about 20,000 because the LA Water District owns much of the land.

The population is therefore isolated. Any individual who is held under Akbar the Nuclear or Chemical Assault - Scorched Earth are likely to end up here.

This attack, MOEC is a LGBTi Strain of Irrationalism. Hence Gay Irrationalism Gay Know Nothing.
The question of Do You Know How To Defend Your Nation State. The people are the nation and where they live is the state. The Pauite Tribe is a distinct nation living on a reservation. I am writing from LA Water District land or the Tribe depending on who owns the scorched alfalfa field.

The water wheel that was spraying poisoned water mysteriously broke down just barely far always so the spray does not entirely hit me.

If the water was fire embers the entire town of Big Pine would be in peril as I would say the fire could spread as facst as the wind.

Is antisocial psychopathic behavior genetic? Inyo and Mono have an inferior human rights record through this event.

The Islamic State is a an alter ego to the United States, especially the west where the impact and damage is very acute and direct performance of persons inferior.

The cue phrase in the end what happens is there will be a War Crime Trial and historical tradition including your personal and family tree has been attacked and you fought on the wrong side.

The trajectory that Ronald Reagan undertook on June 17, 1987 was that of appeasement. In this sense a direct comparison to Neville Chamberlain is accurate. Ronald Reagan refused to recognize that electronic surveillance and intense human rights abuses were occurring. Then Attorney General Edwin Meese may also be seen as incompetent and corrupt.

The trajectory to buildups in cold wars and the fighting of wars must be reconsidered as low grade chemical assaults and scorched earth reflects upon the blackmailing and extortion of a head of state.

In the case of Ronald Reagan he was a target of a LGBT militancy run out of LAPD. Current President Barack Obama has committed the same errors as his other three predecessors. The continuity of this folly develops the ideology known as irrationalism and it’s subspecies fascism.

President Obama travels to Los Angeles, California on March 19, 2009. This will bring him into a zone where there is intense scorched earth.

Here there is ample social space and history to the development of a cult of personality. This is usually describes in terms of sociology but the increasing development of technology and the theory of mind that is electro chemical coordination in a structural process sense will add to the empirical observation has to the development of good government and tyranny.

Open Letter to Officials Ducheny and Perez

Sen. Denise Ducheny

Denise Ducheny

Asm. Manuel Perez

Manuel Perez

Dear Rep. Ducheny and Senator Perez

My name is David Nollmeyer. I am your constituent along the Salton Sea. I am complaining  as to why you or any sworn official has yet to recognize and preserve the constitutional rights and lives of the persons in you district.

The Salton Sea is chemically destroyed as are properties here.

I have been isolated for 22 years under these conditions.

There is a Gay Militancy run out LAPD that is responsible.

I am lifelong heterosexual whose spiritual identity and behavior Hare Krishna are against LGBTi interests. I am active in supporting Proposition 8 here in California.

This Chemical Scorched Earth is SERIOUS. I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT I HAVE MORE THAN A 10 PERCENT CHANCE OF LIVING TO 2020.

I am only 47 years of age. This is the same as Barack Obama and Mary Bono.

I HOLD YOU CRIMINALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE CONDITIONS.

I have a modest record of 26 Federal Court suits identifying the principals as well as complaints to sworn officials throughout the country.

I believe the economic collapse is designed as a catalyst to shake down dead wood and bring prosecution.

The study of Evolutionary Biology will also contribute to developing evidence against the corrupt.

I request that you take responsibility and RECOGNIZE THIS CHEMICAL DISASTER

Thank you for your consideration.

An Open Letter to Harry Reid

reid

Eric Holder

The Cowardice of Attorney General Eric Holder

Desert Shores CA
Dateline 2-19-2009

Dear Senator Reid

I am writing to discuss Attorney General Holder’s recent comments concerning RACISM. He argues that Americans “lack the courage” to address this issue.

My argument is that Eric Holder is the PERFECT EXAMPLE OF A COWARD.

This country has already entered into over 21 years of manifest Chemical Scorched Earth.

This is also a Hate Crime. Such is being organized under Gay Irrationalism-Gay Fascism. The Salton Sea in California is ruined.

My case is that I have consistently supported Heterosexual Marriage as Proposition 8 here in California.

My religious Hare Krishna beliefs are orthodox reflecting heterosexual marriage. However the Krishna Movement is splitting. Hridayananda Maharaj (Howard Resnik PhD) recently attempted to bless a Gay Union and was immediately rebuffed.

He is a diksa or living guru and I am ritvik follower of a deceased teacher Srila Prabhupada.

It is potentially dangerous for a ritvik disciple to enter a diksa temple.

In degree my religious background and my staunch advocacy of Traditional Marriage have destroyed my life at the hands of Gay Militants from LAPD and have also destroyed your legacy in upholding constitutional rights.

The discussion that needs to be addressed here is the COWARDICE OF ATTORNEY GENERAL HOLDER.

Thank you for your consideration.

The Culture of Corruption and Incompetence

Barack Obama is now currently setting up a cabinet based Abraham Lincoln’s War Cabinet. This entails some inclusiveness per the Republicans. I am not sure if Barack Obama takes himself seriously in being a political descendent of Lincoln. There is political chatter concerning totalitarianism in the media. Obama has proposed establishing civil defense committees to enhance national security. President Bush has lent his approval to this suggestion.

Here we must move onto what is not discussed openly. The past four presidents plus Obama have demonstrated no intention of correcting systematic torture and scorched earth. The future will pay the price. If persons are inclined to support non-merit based promotions, paths to careers, marriages, and police sponsored drug dealing only to return to have such objects and properties despoiled than the United States and it’s considerable influence is clearly jeopardized and more chaos is likely to incur.

It has been stated that persons near 50 years of age desire recognition and respect for their achievements. This in part has helped Obama. Conversely persons who are travailing their lifespan’s say from 30 to 50 since 1987 are seeing their entire lives wasted because the so-called leadership is inept and corrupt.

I am going to slowly develop some of the historical and legal achievements that I have almost unilaterally undertook to oppose tyranny. Of such are the 26 federal lawsuits that if given a fair hearing would of have ended this debacle.

Barack Obama nor any of his candidates for his cabinet can provide documented proof of opposition. This would be decisive against Joe Biden of Delaware where five suits are jurisdictional.

Columbia Extradites High Level Drug Traffickers

Amnesty International has reported that high level dealers are being sent to the United States.

The Colombian government's decision to extradite 14 paramilitary leaders wanted in the USA on drugs-trafficking charges should not be used as an excuse to end investigations into the role played by paramilitaries in committing human rights violations against thousands of people, often in collusion with or the acquiescence of the Colombian security forces, Amnesty International said today.

`On taking the decision to extradite them, the government is arguing that these paramilitary leaders have failed to tell the whole truth about the human rights violations they committed, have continued to reoffend while in prison, and have failed to fulfil commitments they had made as part of the demobilization process in terms of reparation to their victims.

"The paramilitary demobilization process -- by which over 31,000 members of paramilitary groups supposedly demobilized -- and the legal framework that has accompanied it, has been a complete sham which has abjectly failed both to dismantle paramilitarism in Colombia and to respect the right of victims to truth, justice and reparation. The Colombian government now appears to share this view, which it had denied for so long," said Amnesty International.

`The organization stated that in extraditing these men on drugs-trafficking charges without reference to human rights violations, there is a real danger that tentative investigations being carried out in Colombia, especially by the Human Rights Unit of the Office of the Attorney General and by the Supreme Court of Justice, will be severely weakened.

"There is now a real danger that the full scale of human rights violations committed over the years by paramilitaries, as well as the key role played by the security forces, state officials and leading political and business figures in these crimes, will remain hidden and, as such, in complete impunity," said Amnesty International.
Amnesty International is also concerned that allegations about the involvement of US agencies in supporting paramilitary groups may not now be fully investigated. Not only has the US provided military assistance to Colombian military units operating closely with paramilitaries, but in the 1990s evidence emerged that the PEPES paramilitary structure - created to hunt down drug-trafficker Pablo Escobar - was possibly operating with the support of US security agencies. "Don Berna" allegedly had close links with the PEPES. The PEPES evolved into the paramilitary Autodefensas Campesinas de Córdoba y Urabá.

"Despite the extraditions, criminal investigations in Colombia into human rights atrocities committed by these paramilitaries, and their links with the security forces and others, must continue, if their countless victims are ever to receive any semblance of justice," said Amnesty International.

Darfur: Sexual Abuse Unchecked

The conditions of terror and intimidation continue with impunity in Darfur. I chose this selection as events of human trafficking, child molestation, and other statutory and non-consesual violations appear not to abate. This trend is alarming and the persons in Darfur are most vulnerable.

David Nollmeyer

HUMAN RIGHTS WATCH

(New York, April 7, 2008) – Five years into the Darfur conflict, women and girls need protection from rape and brutal attacks still being committed by government forces and armed groups throughout Darfur, Human Rights Watch said in a new report released today.Neither government security forces nor international peacekeepers have provided sufficient protection for women and girls, who remain extremely vulnerable to rape and other abuses during large-scale attacks and even in periods of relative calm, Human Rights Watch said. Survivors of sexual violence face numerous obstacles to justice, leaving them without meaningful redress. Where the perpetrators are soldiers or militia, the chances of prosecution are still more remote.

The 44-page report, “Five Years On, No Justice for Sexual Violence in Darfur,” documents the widespread prevalence of sexual violence throughout Darfur, and details incidents of violent rape perpetrated on girls as young as 11 years old. The government of Sudan has failed to rein in the abuse, much of which is carried out by their own soldiers and allied militia. In spite of the presence of international peacekeepers in Darfur, they have to date been under-resourced and unable to protect women and girls from rape and other forms of violence.

“Women and girls in Darfur are still living under the constant threat of rape,” said Georgette Gagnon, Africa director at Human Rights Watch. “The Sudanese government has declared ‘zero-tolerance’ for sexual violence, yet has done almost nothing to protect these victims.”

Human Rights Watch documented numerous incidents of rape and other sexual violence by Sudanese government soldiers, members of government-backed “Janjaweed” militia, rebels, and ex-rebels across Darfur since early 2007. These cases represent a small fraction of the sexual violence incidents as the vast majority of them are unreported.

Women and girls continue to suffer rape and other forms of sexual violence in the context of large-scale attacks. In February 2008, at least 10 women and girls were raped when government forces and allied militia carried out a massive air and ground attack on the villages of Sirba, Silea, and Abu Suruj in West Darfur, according to local residents.

Soldiers, militia, rebels, and ex-rebels also rape women and girls outside displaced persons camps and in rural areas. A 12-year-old girl described how an armed Arab man in uniform lured her and her younger sister into a secluded area by pretending to help them find their lost donkey. “He said if we went with him he would show us. He grabbed me and took off my clothes to do bad things to me. My younger sister ran back to the camp.”

The government of Sudan has repeatedly and publicly denied that sexual violence takes place in Darfur, but has taken some small steps to address the problem. The government has appointed a handful of additional police and prosecutors, and established committees to combat violence against women in each of the three Darfur states. However, these steps have not reduced attacks on women or girls or increased their access to justice.

“The victims of these horrific attacks have little or no hope of redress in Darfur’s current climate of impunity,” said Gagnon. “By failing to prosecute the perpetrators, the government is giving them a license to rape.”

In addition, police and judicial authorities are unwilling or unable to prosecute most crimes committed by soldiers or militia. For example, during a large-scale attack on the village of Abu Sakin, North Darfur in late 2006, government soldiers and Janjaweed militia abducted eight women and girls, brutally raped at least three, and forced them to walk back to their village naked. The suspects were identified by the victims, but to date the military has refused to hand them over to the prosecutor. In other cases, police openly admit that they cannot take action if the case involves the military. Human Rights Watch called on the government of Sudan to:

Issue a presidential decree that rape and other forms of sexual violence by government forces and government-backed militia will be promptly investigated and prosecuted, and ensure that such a decree is enforced;

Bolster the justice sector’s capacity to respond to crimes of sexual violence;

Train police and prosecutors in victim-sensitive approaches to handling criminal investigations, and ensure that properly trained female police investigators are deployed to police stations in Darfur;

Revise criminal laws on sexual violence to provide for attempted rape, and ensure rape victims are not exposed to prosecution for adultery.

Rebel forces, former rebel groups, and other non-state armed groups should issue clear, public instructions to group members that rape and other forms of sexual violence will be fully investigated and prosecuted, and perpetrators held accountable.

European Court Reaffirms Ban on Torture

European Court reaffirms ban on torture

Every Nation-state should strive to adopt verifiable universal standards on torture. The power game continues to dominate with the interests of the state trumping preserving human dignity and deferring violence to a competent court under an adversial setting where witnesses and evidence may be equally presented and challenged.
David Nollmeyer

28 February 2008
The European Court of Human Rights has re-affirmed the absolute prohibition of torture and other inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. In the court's ruling in the case of Saadi v Italy on Thursday, it found "substantial grounds had been shown for believing that there is a real risk" that Nassim Saadi would be subjected to torture or other ill-treatment if he were deported, relying heavily on reports by Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch.

The Italian authorities sought to deport Mr Saadi to Tunisia under the "Pisanu Law" that was originally adopted in 2005 as "an urgent measure to combat terrorism". The Italian authorities argued that he posed a security risk to Italy.

The Court deemed the reports by Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch to be credible, consistent and corroborated by numerous other sources. Amnesty International's research indicates that torture and other ill-treatment by the security forces in Tunisia are widespread.

The practices reported, including against people charged with terrorism-related offences, include hanging from the ceiling, threats of rape, administration of electric shocks, immersion of the head in water, beatings and cigarette burns. Allegations of torture and ill-treatment in police custody are not investigated by the relevant Tunisian authorities.

"Confessions" extracted under torture may be used as the principal evidence in trials that result in long prison sentences or the death penalty. Consequently, the European Court of Human Rights ruled that sending Nassim Saadi back to Tunisia would violate the Italian government’s obligations under the European Convention on Human Rights.

"This judgment should serve as a reminder to all states: not only they are not allowed to commit torture themselves, but they are forbidden from sending anyone to countries where they would be at risk of torture or other ill-treatment," said Ian Seiderman, Amnesty International’s Senior Legal Adviser.

The case took on additional significance when the United Kingdom intervened in an attempt to persuade the European Court to change its long-established case-law in a way that would have significantly weakened the absolute prohibition on torture and other ill-treatment. The Court rejected as "misconceived" the arguments advanced by the UK, with which the Italian government had agreed.

While the Court acknowledged the immense difficulty states face in protecting their communities from terrorist violence, it affirmed that the danger of terrorism "must not however call into question the absolute nature of [the prohibition of torture and other inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment]."

Top Scientist Advocates Genocide for 90% of World Population

By Shawn Carlson, Ph.D on 26 Aug 2007

"HIV is no good, it is too slow to control human populations. Ebola zaire has potential. It kills nine out of ten humans." In late 2006, the Texas Academy of Science chose to honor one Professor Eric R. Pianka, an eminent ecologist who studies desert ecologies, with its 2006 Distinguished Texas Scientist award. Professor Pianka used the occasion to champion the notion, apparently without sanction of the Academy, that the Earth can only be saved if ninety percent of the human beings alive today are purged from the planet. He championed airborne Ebola as the most efficient virus to accomplish this. And while he stopped short of calling for terrorist action to bring this result about, he clearly implied that this was a right and proper future for our species and our planet. Astonishingly, after advocating for a future in which more than 5,000,000,000 persons would die a slow and agonizing death, many members of the Texas Academy of Science stood to their feet and applauded.

I want to answer two questions here. Do academic institutions like the Texas Academy of Science have a duty to provide Professor Pianka a forum to advance these ideas? And what might the consequences be of allowing him to do so? My answer to the first question is a resounding "no." Furthermore, I am convinced that continuing to allow Professor Pianka unfettered access to impressionable students could one day lead to a loss of life that could make the Killing Fields of Southeast Asia look like a picnic ground.

Let me explain.

First, do Pianka's opinions deserve protection under the rubric of academic freedom? Well, that depends on whether this ideas are truly academic—that is, that they are consistent with the best understanding of our world that science has established.

Now consider Pianka's arguments.

Pianka claims that the natural world would be "better off" if there weren't so many humans. To see if that's true, we have to figure out just what constitutes the "natural world"? As an evolutionist, I see human beings as the products of the same natural forces that shaped all other life on earth. Our brains evolved on this planet subject to the same kinds of natural selection pressures as those that shaped peacock feathers. The same can be said of all of our social structures, our religions and every other aspect of what we are that helped us secure resources and propagate our species (the hammer and anvil of natural selection). In short, our institutions and our technology are every bit as much a part of the natural world as elk mating rituals and beaver dams. In fact, by evolving the ability to adapt the world to fit us , human beings have become better at securing resources and procreating than any other vertebrate on the planet. By this measure, we are evolution's most successful creation (amongst vertebrates). If extraterrestrials were asked to select nature's most successful vertebrate on the Earth they would certainly point to us.
